Great experience and amazing food. Our group learned a lot and instructor was extremely knowledgeable fun & enthusiastic. It was amazing to have a safe gluten free class for celiac. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience making classic Italian pastas and drinking wine! Roberto who teaches the class is hilarious, and a great teacher. He really took his time to make sure everyone in the class understood how to work with the dough, and the history behind each pasta shape. The pastas tasted so good you would never know they were all gluten free. My boyfriend and I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Florence (gluten free or not)!

Our family of four all agreed this experience was one of the highlights from our trip to Italy! Roberto was wonderful working with our kids (ages 5 and 7) and made the class fun for all. He has taken all precautions to ensure the class is safe for those with celiac disease. The 3 pastas we made were all delicious. Come hungry as the portions are large!
The process was fun. Learning to make a simple ravioli filling was nice. Unfortunately to pasta was no good. The sauces were good but a little watery
It was a real treat, an important one, to learn how to make pasta that is gluten free. Only one of our party of five was gluten intolerant, but the class and experience with Roberto was useful and fun for us all. I highly recommend for those who want to learn how to make pasta for those unable to tolerate gluten. We are so glad Roberto teaches this class.
The pasta making class was truly a highlight of Florence and our trip. Roberto was engaging, funny, and made the evening so much fun. I did not think I would be able to find a gluten free pasta making class and one where my husband who is not gluten free said was absolutely delicious! We would highly recommend.
Gluten free pasta class, say less!! Roberto was a wonderful host and teacher!! He kept this 3 hour long activity fun and upbeat while we made 3 types of gluten free pasta! The dishes were absolutely delicious too! So happy we chose to do this!
