Itinerary
One of Iceland's classic waterfalls, this one has a little twist. Certainly not one of Iceland's biggest waterfalls but what makes Seljalandsfoss different is that most of the year you can actually walk behind the cascading water. This really makes for a unique experience.
Skogafoss is one of Iceland’s classic waterfalls and truly magnificent. 65 meters tall and 25 meters wide making it also one of the biggest waterfalls in the country. Legend has it that there is a chest of gold hidden behind the waterfall. You’ll have to be as strong as a viking to get to it though.
In Reynisfjara you’ll see a beautiful black sand beach, and at times incredibly powerful waves from the the Atlantic ocean. There are also some pretty awesome basalt columns on the beach and rock formations called “Reynisdrangar” that rise from the the ocean close to the shore. Reynisfjara has often appeared on lists over top 10 most beautiful non-tropical beaches in the world.
Sólheimajökull is an outlet glacier of the Mýrdalsjökull, Iceland’s 4th largest glacier on the South Coast of Iceland. It is one of the most easily accessible glaciers to reach from Reykjavík, just 158 kilometres (98 miles) away. This is where you will hike on the ice, exploring glacial features and learning about it’s formation.

The glacier hike was one of the highlights of our trip to Iceland. Michal was a great guide who made the experience great. We got to spend a good amount of time on the glacier to make it worth it. And the other stops were great too.
This was such a fun adventure! Our guide, Lorenzo, was awesome! Highly recommend if you want to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience of walking on a glacier!
Excellent guide! Beautiful scenery!
Fantastic experience, full day of adventure. Our guide Michal was amazing. He really went that extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience. Really well organised, would highly recommend!
I already took this tour two years ago with my son. This year I took my daughter. Ignacio was an excellent, fun, professional, and knowledgeable guide, answering any questions we had and making sure we were having a great time while being safe on the glacier. Usually, the tour will pick you up at the hotels in Reykjavik. However, we were already in Hella, which is on the way to the waterfalls and glacier, and were picked up and dropped off close to our hotel in Hella. The waterfalls were amazing and fun. We also visited the Black Sand Beach. All in all, this tour is worth its price and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Lorenzo was a great tour guide, the waterfalls were beautiful and walking on the glacier was so cool. Black sand beach was great too. Be prepared for any weather conditions, we went from nice out to windy and stormy very fast, and this applies to all of Iceland not just this tour. Highly recommend this full day tour for anyone who likes cool things in nature.
Michal is an excellent guide! His enthusiasm and experience made this a great excursion for our family. I appreciated his emphasis on safety on the glacier hike while making it fun and exhilarating. We had plenty of time to spend at each of the spectacular sites on this tour. I highly recommend this tour with Michal!
Although originally concerned the glacier hike would be difficult, it was safe, fun, and really enjoyable. The rest of the tour was fun and made for a great day enjoying the manic of Iceland
I loved this tour! Lorenzo was an excellent guide and I liked that we were a small group. We got to see all of the south coast highlights without too much driving time in between and he actually informed us about what we were seeing. The glacier hike was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a unique Iceland excursion beyond just going and seeing the sights.
Michal's the best tour guide we've ever had! Could definitely tell he's in love with the place. As for the experience, absolutely breathtaking, unsurprisingly better than expected. We won't be forgetting hiking onto a glaciar, walking under a waterfall, or the incredible views all around.
