Wonderful, relaxing, interesting and fun!

Cristiana was an amazing guide and a wonderful person who embraced our group’s silly energy with a smile and clearly had a deep knowledge of Genova’s history. We covered a lot of sights within easy walking distance of each other. Great fun from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Our guide was very...

Our guide was very knowledgeable. The meeting process was disorganized. The meeting instructions upon booking were vague, and the tour operators did not explain that additional instructions would be provided the morning of the tour on WhatsApp.

Do it by yourself

Guide moved us in no organized way. Guide was late and just left us at end of trip in different place than where we started. Just moved us from place to place

Guide did not show up

The guide Antonio did not arrive. We waited with other people for 20 minutes but no news. We were here for only one day and this destroyed our plans for the visit.

Experience very...

Very positive experience, exploring the center of Genoa with a guide like Antonio allowed us to fully know a city of a thousand facets. Among alleys and "secret" places Antonio showed us the real heart of Genoa and advised us for the best for the next few days of visiting. We followed his suggestions about food and places of interest. The tour in language was very understandable and within the reach of us Italians.

Cancelled twice and then didn't respond

I booked the 11:30 tour. It was cancelled so they asked if I could take the 10:00 tour. I said yes, then that got cancelled too and they asked if I could take the tour the next day. I asked what time the tours were and got no reply.

Antonio was a great and delightful guide!

Antonio was the best! Even before the tour started Antonio communicated through WhatsApp exactly where to meet him and how to identify him. During the tour, Antonio was pleasant and knowledgeable about Genoa's history. He guided us through traditional and unexpected sights and easily answered our questions. He also provided me with excellent restaurant recommendations. He certainly made my first visit to Genoa very special.

Very unprofessional. Don’t book with them!

I booked a guided tour in Spanish and they just cancelled it a few hours before the tour. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Don’t book with them. That’s a German agency booking tours in Genoa. Not serious people.
