Itinerary
We can start / end the tour in Rapallo "The Pearl of Tigullio Gulf"
Built overlooking the sea in the middle of the Gulf of Rapallo, the castle has a compact structure rectangular with rounded corners, dominated by a massive square tower which rises from the land side.
San Michele is a borough of Rapallo and overlooks the Gulf, we bass by its bay.
Santa Margherita can be chosen as a start / end point for this tour.
Cervara Abbey is a former abbey in Santa Margherita Ligure, Liguria region.
We can stop for a dip or just pass by the Bay of Paraggi; a unique part of the Italian Riviera home to world-famous beach clubs and the Castle.
The castle was built around the 14 hundreds by the Republic of Genoa to protect the coast of the Tigullio. After being occupied by French troops, it became a private villa. Nowadays, it is one of the most iconic landmark of the Portofino Natural Park.
Portofino, or 'Portus Delphini' as it was originally named, evolves around its small harbour, and is known for the colourfully painted clustered homes that line the shore. Originally a small fishing harbour, since the late 19th century, Portofino has attracted tourism of the European aristocracy first and millions of Worldwide travellers later. Portofino is now a resort for the world's jet set, as well as the World's most famous harbour. Our tours can both start and end in Portofino, just meters off the famous Piazzetta. Otherwise we can stop in Portofino for a brief walk, a gelato in the square or just take pictures from the boat.
The lighthouse was built in 1917 and consists of a white quadrangular tower, 12 feet (3.7 m) high, perched at the tip of the Portofino Peninsula. This majestic lighthouse is the first major signal ships see whilst navigating towards the near port of Genoa. With the boat, you get a privileged site of the lighthouse and its features whilst cruising along the Portofino peninsula.
The enchanted bay of San Fruttuoso has it all; history, nature and adventure!
The World-famous San Fruttuoso Abbey with the Sunken Jesus Statue: the Christ of the Abysses.
The Christ of the Abyss is a 3-meter submerged Jesus statue which lies 12 meters under the surface of the water. Placed in the San Fruttuoso bay +70 years ago, this statue is the most visited diving spot in the Mediterranean. We will be able to stop in close proximity to the diving spot and with the COMPLIMENTARY SNORKELLING EQUIPMENT you will be able too see this amazing landmark.
The turning point to Golfo Paradiso
An ancient fishhing port now an iconic town featuring the most ligurian traditions.

The best day out our Italian vacation! All around a fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication ahead of the tour was great through WhatsApp. Our skipper was welcoming, friendly and shared a ton of information regarding the area! My kinda loved all the swimming spots and I really appreciate Jack’s attention to safety, especially when other boats were coming around us. Will surely do it again when we are back in the area.
A wonderful half day boating experience providing a great way to see the stunning coastline around Santa Margherita and Portofino. Would highly recommend.
The boat was in excellent condition, perfectly prepared and very clean. Communication with the charter company was smooth, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. A special thank you to our skipper, who was incredibly knowledgeable, relaxed and helpful. He made the our full day trip both safe and unforgettable, showed us beautiful places around the Ligurian coast and recommended an amazing lunch spot as well. Everything was perfectly organized, punctual and stress-free. One of the best charter experiences we’ve had in Italy. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!
Our family chartered a boat around the Ligurian coast and had a wonderful experience. We told the crew what we enjoyed doing, and they gave us recommendations. They provided gear, towels and drinks. We snorkeled in Fruttuoso, which was stunning. We drank Prosecco in a cove near Portofino. It was a perfect day. We highly recommend.
Very laid-back, private boat adventure. Sam was very flexible as to what we wanted to do - - Can go wherever with the allotted time, but seriously, you can’t miss Portofino!
We had an beautiful half day cruising around Portofino. Great hospitality from our Captain Sam. We enjoyed our trip a lot
We booked the half day tour. The boat was very nice and confortable. Our captain was very nice and we really enjoyed our afternoon
Cancelled the boat 15 minutes before departure. They gave an option of possibly another day, however this was planned as our last day activity on vacation. Extremely disappointed / disappointing. Would never recommend this company.
Dear Marla, sorry to read your absurd and unfair review. I have texted you first thing in the morning (7am) informing you about the issue we had on the boat and that we had been fixing it since 5 am (at sunrise). You ONLY DECIDED TO REPLY at 9.15 (15 minutes to the tour time) when the tour had already been fully refunded (to give you the freedom to choose another operator). Cannot believe you had only woke up at 9.15 with a scheduled tour at 9.30. You came to the dock at around 10 to check for yourself, the boat was there and not booked to someone else / overbooked. The boat was broken and you were able to see it. I immediately sent you (at 9.15 when you replied) other available options for the day, from esteemed colleagues, guaranteeing you the best price. You firstly declined the offers in a rude manner (dismissing the boats proposed) and secondly by not answering in any way and ignoring our efforts. Luckily, this unfortunate event has demonstrated you are just one of those guests we never would like to have on our boats anyway.
What a great experience! This was definitely our highlight for our stay at Santa Margherita! Our captain Cristiano was amazing- he knew the history, geography and the best spots to eat, swim and sightsee. We couldn’t ask for a better guide and captain. He was fabulous and really made our trip special. The boat is gorgeous and it’s really the best way to see the coast. Highly recommend!
Beautiful boat in a beautiful setting! We swam in the sea and really enjoyed seeing the gorgeous seaside. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A great trip!
