Fulvio was an excellent guide. He had so much knowledge which he obviously loved sharing with us. Learned so much of the city’s history and it’s people. His English was excellent. All in all a wonderful walking tour of this unique city.
Giulio was an excellent guide. He is obviously passionate about the city and shared his historical, political, cultural and artistic knowledge in an engaging and entertaining style. We were very pleased with our experience in Genoa
Guide was very nice/friendly however, he provided very limited information about the history, sites and culture. Basically a waste of time and money.
Great amble through the old city - our guide John was a lovely young man with lots of knowledge and good English.
Guide available and very knowledgeable, she helped us discover corners of Genoa that we would have never noticed on our own. Highly recommended!
We had Elvira. Very knowledgeable, she helped us discover Genoa. Two hours is short, but we are still satisfied to have a complete view of the city and its history. Of course, you need to be willing to walk!!!!
We booked. With 5 minutes realized we had by mistake and entered the incorrect date. Our money had already cleared. Immediately asked to either change the date or be refunded and we would book the correct date. The answer was simple - No we will not help you. So someone received our money and we did not receive a tour. It is so lacking in service or reasonable acknowledgment that people can make an honest mistake. We have used this company many times. Never again. The fine print ensures the customer never matters.
The tour was certainly interesting; the guide was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to a personal commitment of hers, the established itinerary was not followed, and this disappointed us greatly.
Pietro, the guide, was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive: he took us on a journey through Genoa across the various eras of its history.
Pietro was an amazing guide!! He was an excellent communicator before our trip to ensure we could locate him easily. He was also very personable and extremely knowledgeable! It was just the two of us and him, and it felt like we were walking around the city with a friend. Highly recommend taking this tour!
