Very enjoyable scenic tour, the guide was very good and knowledgeable. Beautiful scenery, ample time for photos. Well organised and a guide met us at the port. Efficient service and met all our requirements.
Easy booking, lovely experience to go boating on the fjord. To see all the beautiful waterfalls and get stories about life on and around the fjord.
This tour was outstanding, with a knowledgeable, caring guide and a skilled driver who went above and beyond to treat guests to the most picturesque views. Highly recommend!
What a bus ride. Many hairpin turns, close to the edge. But it was worth every white knuckle turn, you were rewarded with beautiful sites that will never be duplicated with pictures. You must see with your own eyes.
We were very lucky to have wonderful weather for this excursion, which made the experience even more spectacular. The views from Mt. Dalsnibba were absolutely breathtaking and truly unforgettable. The journey along Eagle Road was also impressive, with stunning scenery throughout. If the weather permits, this is definitely a must-do excursion. Highly recommended!
Great stops; long enough to see what we wanted and not too long. Our guide was very informative. The driver was great.
Giving 2 stars, and that’s generous. We confirmed our 15-month-old’s specific seat requirements in writing well in advance, and they explicitly accepted them. When we arrived, the reality was a joke: the driver initially tried to hand us a booster seat for a baby! He insisted that was all he had. After I pushed back, he finally got a forward-facing seat from the buses storage, which was completely age-inappropriate and unsafe. Trying to navigate the winding roads of Geiranger with our toddler in the wrong gear was not ideal. Don't expect real accountability; they don't actually care about safety. They’ll just pass the buck to their "external partner", escalate matter internally and offer a partial refund as if money fixes the risk they put us in. They only care about the paperwork. Find a company that actually takes safety and well-being seriously.
Thank you for you review, however, we must respectfully disagree with your characterization of the situation: We acknowledged immediately that the driver did not have the appropriate child seat available at the start of the excursion. While this was an isolated error by an external transportation provider, it should not have happened, and we regret the inconvenience and concern this caused. This incident does not reflect our normal operating standards. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, it was addressed, investigated internally, and immediately escalated to the management of the bus company involved. We take matters concerning child safety extremely seriously and have never treated this issue as anything less. For that reason, it is simply inaccurate to suggest that we "do not care about safety" or that we were unwilling to take responsibility. On the contrary, the matter was reviewed thoroughly, discussed directly with the supplier, and followed up with you after the excursion. We also provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, despite the tour having been completed. While we fully accept that the initial situation fell below expectations, we believe it is important for future readers to understand that this was a one-off supplier error that was addressed immediately and taken seriously throughout.
We had a great experience on this tour. Our guide was excellent, she provided a wealth of knowledge. The bus was very nice, clean, and modern. The itinerary was well-timed and we were able to see so much in the short period of time. I would recommend this for the future.
Beautiful location; unfortunately, the time was changed, so the Skywalk on the mountain was not usable in the rain clouds, and the view was only 5 meters. The tour later had sunshine. The two tour guides were very good and made the best of the rainy excursion. It's a pity that the weather cannot be better monitored for an expensive trip and, if necessary, the route is changed so that there is a good view from Disbbaba Mountain.
Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our guides. We understand your disappointment regarding the weather conditions at the mountain viewpoint. However, weather in Norway is highly unpredictable, and visibility can change within minutes. Unfortunately, neither sunshine nor clear views can be guaranteed on any excursion. While we continuously monitor weather forecasts, it is not feasible to alter the itinerary at short notice, as tours operate according to a fixed schedule and involve multiple locations, transport arrangements, and guests. We are glad our guides were able to make the best of the conditions, and we appreciate your understanding that weather-related visibility is beyond the control of any tour operator.
Excellent tour! Glad we had a great driver who could manage all those switchbacks up to Dalnisba and the Eagle Road. The stops gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views.
