This is such a great way to experience Fushimi Inari. I went originally as part of a bigger tour of Nara & Kyoto. We had to rush through here and there was a large number of other tourists. I went back using this tour (cannot recommend enough doing it at night or very early) to avoid the crowd and be able to get some great pictures & videos without the mass of people.
Impressive this visit to the shrine of Fushimi Inari, just passing through the hundreds of Torii that make way to the top of the temple is a joy and is very pleasant the tour. Must-see photos at the top and on the way through the Torii
One of the busiest shrines, better to go there very early in the morning... take a walk under all the arches but do not have too many expectations, it's all there!
Very comprehensive app with good audio guides. You can move in your own schedule and see some hidden gems.
A visit to the Inari Shrine is a must when visiting Kyoto. Be sure to visit at dusk! The area is quite large and, in addition to the famous torii gates and temples, also offers a beautiful view if you climb all the way to the top.
Fushimi Inari-taisha is a place that is a must-see! We started climbing the hill around 5 p.m. and finished it around 7 p.m. So during the climb we were able to see the toriis under the sun, then during our descent we were able to admire a pretty sunset over the city of Kyoto and we finished our hike lit by small lanterns. There were lots of little shrines all along the way to the top of the hill. There were a lot of tourists at the bottom of the hill but the further up we went the fewer there were.
The tour with Maha was perfect to start our stay in Kyoto. First she asked about our belongings so the whole tour was adjusted to our needs. She showed us many places in the near areas and helped us a lot with planning the next day in Kyoto. It was a very nice tour with Maha. she answered all questions and provided lots of information and tips about Kyoto.
