Would absolutely do again! It was a full day of adventure and the staff was great. Andy, Luis, and Ricardo were great guides. The food was also good. Worth every penny!
Absolutely amazing. Book it right now. Do the whole day tour and you will Absolutely not be disappointed. Our guide Andy was personable, fun, knowledgeable, and caring. This company knows how's to take care of you and help you have the best experience. Its an all-in-1 experience. 1000% recommend!
Do not go if you care about ur friends and family safety. I went on the zipline course on 5/24 and the break did not work. I slammed into the tree/platform. Workers seemed more worried about getting in trouble than my safety. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not go.
The excursion was the best bang for your buck. It started on time. The ATV ride was amazing and super fun. The horseback riding was nice but I think those horses were tired as they did the trails back to back. The hike to the waterfall was difficult so I suggest being in good shape. It is also extremely hot and humid at the time we went. The tour guides were nice and funny. The group did have some wounds after the waterfall rappel (rope burn) and one person kept slipping on the waterfall so he had some bruises. Another person hit their head on the tree coming in from a Zipline (she was turned around). But overall everyone did enjoy themselves. Just expect some pissible cuts and bruises. The lunch was good and they provided plenty cold water to drink.
Andres and the other guides did an amazing job. We had a full day of fun and excitement. Ziplining was the perfect way to end the experience
Our family enjoyed ourselves very much. Guides were very friendly and helpful and the lunch was delicious.
Andres, Jesus y Luis were awesome tour guides, very thorough and precise when giving instructions. Most importantly they made sure we were having fun making memories that will last forever !!!
This was the highlight of our trip! Everything was so well organized and went super smoothly, and of course was very fun! The zipline was fun, fast, and scenic! You do a little hike to start and then another one for the last two but it wasn’t hard, it was just hot out so be sure to bring your own iced water bottle! I also highly recommend wearing proper hiking shoes you don’t mind getting wet and have good grip- The waterfall repel was such a unique and thrilling experience! This is absolutely where your good grip shoes will come in handy. I took my socks off and put them in my pocket, but you can of course pack yourself a fresh pair, your shoes WILL get wet, and depending on your skill so may your pants. Lunch was DELICIOUS. I was blown away by the whole meal, it didn’t seem like cafeteria food, it was made with love. Atv was slightly underwhelming only because we went a tad slow, but I can understand why they have to do that especially with brand new equipment. The scenery was beautiful and we went through rivers and up hills it was fun overall! Horse back riding was a great calming ending. Nice little stroll through the forest, we even had the farm dog follow us through the whole walk which was cute. BAGS They do have lockers but you will be taking a tractor (super cool) through each activity and you can leave your bags and water on the tractor which was super convenient! I had a little phone attachment that allowed me to wear my phone like a purse. HIGHLY recommend not relying on your pockets especially for the zipline and waterfall repel. Either get a little bag or holder or leave in your bag, it’s not worth holding your phone on these activities! Overall my friend and I had an outstanding experience and the staff was funny and experienced! Would absolutely revisit!
We brought a group of 19 college students. The guides are great, they speak good English, and they were very charismatic with us. Zip lining was our favorite, then repelling. The horseback riding was fun, ATVing was good too, but they don’t let you go very fast, which was a bummer.
We had a great day. It was long and I would recommend only if you are physically fit. Luis and Ricardo, along with Lassie and Punky as supervisors were great! It was about a 9 hour day. Lunch was very good. I think the efficiency between the adventure could have been better. We saw the same areas multiple times. But all in all a great day.
