The dispatcher will be holding a sign with the company's name and logo along with the guest's name. The dispatcher will be wearing the company's shirt. For the hotel pick up the driver will be wearing the company's shirt as well and the company's name and the log will be on the bus.

I would recommend the tour but book through a company that turns up. 3 hours lost through no show and turning up late.
