Varanasi is the spiritual capital of India and also one of the oldest cities in the world. Visit the sacred city of Varanasi with the comfort of a private tour on a full day trip. Itinerary
9am We start a city tour and visit the Bharat Mata Temple with a big relief map of India in marble. Then you will visit the Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, the Benaras Hindu University which has an art gallery and the mosque of Moghul Emperor Aurangzeb.
After Lunch, you will head to visit Sarnath, an important pilgrimage center for Buddhists. This is where Buddha preached his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Sarnath’s temples and archaeological museum are full of Buddhist art and treasures.
Evening, you will enjoy a rickshaw ride passing through the busy streets and bazaars of Varanasi that will take you to the holy river, the Ganges, where you will cruise to witness the Aarti ceremonies amidst hundreds of lighted candles and flower offerings.
After your memorable day, you will be dropped off at your Hotel / Train Station in Varanasi.

The Ganges river was so beautiful and so spiritual. I loved learning the history and seeing all the people joined together in faith. It was such a sight watching so many people bathing in the water in the morning. I also enjoyed the ceremony. It was entertaining. It was also my birthday so i enjoyed everything a bit more.

My wife and I visited Varanasi and Vinod Kumar was our tour guide.Vinod was highly knowledgeable in Varanasi history and culture.
