Our wine cheeses and chocolate experience

What a wonderful experience our driver/guide arrived at our hotel on time a really charming and very knowledgeable person. He was very informative about all the areas we passed through on our way to the3 wineries. Our first stop was paired with Lindt chocolate ( yummy) the lady at the wineries was very informative about each of the 5 wines then our guide took us through each one with great detail. The next was as much detail but this time paired with local cheeses. Our last one we tried 3 wines very nice but just on their own. You are under no pressure to buy and the last one we could have stayed for lunch ( not included). A really fab day highly recommended

Amazing wine experience!

Amazing tour with Aylmer going around the different vineyard and he was very informative about the wines and which cheese of chocolate went well with each one. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Racist Tour Guide

The racist undertones that began our day, and then the blatant racism expressed at the end of the day ruined what could have been an excellent tour. The vineyards were lovely, wine and pairings fantastic, and wine knowledge abundant. However, racism is unacceptable, anywhere, at anytime.

Wonderful day of wine tasting

There were 4 of us (me, my wife and our 2 twenty-something kids). We were very pleasantly surprised to not be in a van with a tour guide and other tourists but instead in a car with Danelle. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the area, the wineries, the wine itself, history, etc. We tasted a good number of good wines at 3 (maybe 4; it was a few months ago) wineries. We enjoyed many of them enough to purchase bottles to bring home. The olive oil stop was quick and somewhat perfunctory but that may have been because we were more interested in the wine than the oil (a question asked at the beginning of the day). She was very concerned about ensuring that she was tilting the day's activities towards our interests. We learned a lot during the day and had a lot of fun.
