Viator service was very professional and as advertised. Vouchers for tours were issued immediately upon payment unlike GetYourGuide for a similar tour
The meeting point is not inside the club but in the walkway outside of it. They did a great job explaining the travel packet and the documents for the excursion. The attendant assisted in finding the correct platform for boarding. Once in Florence you will need Google or Apple Maps to get to the meeting point as it is away from the station. The walking tour was about 90 minutes and hit the highlights of the area. Once the walking tour is over, you are on your own. The ticket to see David is times entry and no need to arrive too early. They do provide an app that serves as a guide through the museum. It also had walking tours options for several other radio tours. They also texted a couple times to check in on us.
Make sure that you know you will mostly be on your own for the day. You’ll need to be able to find your way from the Florence terminal to your first walking tour. The packet that you’re given is amazing with all of the instructions you’ll need.
