The given rate is for one way and not roundtrip. PLEASE INFORM THE EXACT PICK-UP TIME : For a pick-up at the airport, please put the pick-up time 30-45 minutes later and not the time that your flight lands, so you will avoid waiting charges after the 40 minutes free of waiting from your landing time (after the 40 minutes, 5 € will be charged every 5 minutes). PLEASE KINDLY NOTE IF YOU ARE FACING ANY ISSUES AT YOUR TERMINAL, DO CONTACT US AS EACH OF OUR CHAUFFEUR HAS A SCHEDULE TO ATTEND TO. For departures from hotel or appartment to CDG airport, give us the pick-up time from the hotel and inform us the flight number. PLEASE NOTE that 20,00€ extra will be charged as night charges for reservation between 21:30 pm till 06:00 am. Payment has to be done by cash directly to the chauffeur. MEETING POINT WITH CHAUFFEUR : - At the airport, our chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the arrivals gate (or he will inform you the day before where exactly to meet him). He will be holding your name on a board. If you can't find him, please call us on +33 7 63 66 30 30. If there's any delay, you have to inform us ASAP, as we will check if we have any availability to organize you a vehicle upon our availabilities and schedule. If it's not possible, the reservation is not refundable. - For the departures from Paris, our chauffeur will be waiting for you outside your hotel or given address at the requested time. He will contact you once he'll be there. 5 minutes extra from the requested pick-up time will be given free of charge, anything over that 5 minutes extra, 5 euros will be charged every 5 minutes. FOR THE TRAVEL AGENTS : PLEASE INFORM US THE CLIENTS NUMBER and not your telephone number.

My ride never appeared at the airport. Icalled the number when we arrived and they said they saw my reference number but never scheduled me a ride. The person on the other end did offer me an immediate refund and I saw it come through very quickly. I was lucky we could get a taxi and we didn't have too far to travel to our hotel from the airport. It actually ended up being cheaper by taxi so not sure what happened on their end but happy it was taken care of so quickly and I ended up saving some money after all . At least the customer service was on point
