Our driver Francesco was excellent. Great driver, professional, personable. Knew a lot about the area along the way. We had a terrific guide, Sylvia in Pisa who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with her. And after our tour we did the typical cheesy photos with time to spare. While our terrific driver gave us many suggestions for where to go in Lucca, since there is no guide there, I wish we had done more homework to have used our time wisely. If I did it again, I would probably rent the multi person bike and drive around the wall. Again, Francesco was a great driver and flexible allowing us to decide how much time to spend in each place and where to have lunch. Very clear with where he would meet us after each visit.
Dear Maria, thank you for your review and your very kind words! We are glad to see that, with our tour, you were able to discover two of the best cities Tuscany has to offer, all thanks to our amazing driver and guide. We hope that if you ever come back to Florence you will want to use our services again. Kind regards, ACCORD Team
