Transport to and from the ferry was excellent. As we approached the terminal, Aqeel gave very detailed information of what to expect entering the terminal and boarding the vessel. This was extremely helpful as the terminal is very busy with multiple moving parts. Additionally, prior to the trip Aqeel went through a checklist of items, making us aware of the Health insurance form which was needed and actioned ticket purchase. The drivers were cautious yet efficient in getting to and from the terminal. Navigating the traffic while keeping a group of more than five together was great. Upon re-entry to Tanzania, he was waiting for us, which was fantastic. The ferry ride was comfortable and pleasant. A midday ferry is recommended to alleviate choppy waters. Highly recommend using his company.
The guide was kind and patient. I especially appreciate assistance with the ferry as that seemed a bit chaotic to navigate for the first time. I appreciate learning about the history and culture of Zanzibar!
The trip was very organized. In all places I visited there were guides provided. I certainly recommended this service.
