- Mosques Dress Code. Mosques have very strict dress codes, when visiting; Women must wear long loose clothing, insure their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to their heads at all times. However, company will provide long-local Abaya with scarf (long black dress-attire) if needed which must be returned back.
- Men must not show above their knees and cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
- Infants are not charged if they don’t require a seat.
- Pick-up from your Abu Dhabi City Central hotels and cruise port only from outside the Cruise port gate, Airport pick up is available only from Premier inn Abu Dhabi Airport hotel.
- Large bags or luggage is not allowed.
- Entry to the Qasr Al Watan may be prohibited during presidential events but will be replaced with Louvre Museum (based on availability)
- There will be no entry for the tour guide inside the Qasr Al Watan but he will narrate you all the required information before you enter the Palace.
- There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace.

The tour operators do all they can to make the experience enjoyable for you. There were issues that the guide had no control over, and several customers were displeased. The tour guide remained calm, and called their supervisor who was able to provide a solution that was acceptable for us all.

The tour of Abu Dhabi was perfectly organized, from pick up at the cruise terminal to return, duration of the tour about 6 hours. Highlights were the grand mosque and presidential palace, which we could visit extensively, as well as the observation deck of Etihad Tower. Our guide Hakim was very friendly, spoke very good German, and gave us a wealth of interesting information not only about the city, but also about the country, its history and culture. We can always recommend the operator OceanAir Travels and its guide Hakim.

This is a brilliant way to learn about Abu Dhabi and see the real gems. The best 3 things to do the tower view, the real Palace (not the hotel) and the Grand Mosque. The Palace was the highlight absolutely stunning. Hamza has a brilliant sense of humour so we had a lot of laughs and he is very knowledgeable. Great day out!

The great mosque is a beautiful place of worship it is unfortunate that the access has become a temple of business once the abaya were lent now you have to either buy them or come covered from head to toe I was told to go buy me arm covers because my long sleeved shirt was either transparent which was absolutely not the case
At first, I wasn't sure, but I was impressed with the tour. They picked me up and dropped me off at the mosque, where we waited for the tour guide and the group to arrive from Dubai. The guide, Hamsa, was knowledgeable and understanding of everyone's needs. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. I certainly recommend this tour.
Overall good tour - smaller group option comparable to what was offered on the cruise ship. Basic highlights of the city at a reasonable price
