Easy check in. Great art. 5 stars.
I got my tickets same day, which I was grateful for and in the end we got in. However we had trouble finding the actual ticket and did not have great Wi-Fi as we stood in line for our slot and almost didn’t get in. I had to walk out of line to get signal to figure out where my tickets were and download them and in the end, one of the Ufizzi workers is the one who eventually found them so I’m not even sure which link he hit. So we had a lot of trouble getting in but once we got in it was fine.
The booking process was seamless, and a day before our museum visit, we received the link to the ticket, allowing us to start our visit to the Uffizi without waiting in line.
Great experience, worth the price. Some advice: save a screenshot of the voucher to your phone. Do not rely on a cellular connection to avoid wasting time.
The Gallery is impressive, with s lot of great art displayed with our favorite: The Birth of venus”. I was surprised (pleasently ) by to also see paintings by Rubens , Remnrandt, etc. i enjoyrd watching the masters, As a side coment, there were many people thus walking the halleria was pretty hot
No lines! We got right in. Definitely worth visiting if you love Renaissance art I want to see original works by Leonardo da Vinci.
My ticket was delivered on time before my date as promised and I sailed through the line. I even was early and all the agents were fine. This was a good experience.
A good couple of hours to soak in a ton of Renaissance Art was well worth a visit. It was pretty crowded at the start of our tour, but as we got closer to closing the rooms emptied out and we had time to just experience some of the paintings. Well worth a stop!!
I booked for 2nd June and they contacted me via whatsapp to say that the gallery was closed on this date, so i must change the booking to the previous day. I set the new booking and changed all my other bookings on that day to suit this change. On the day of the booking they ignored my messages and did not set the tickets for entry, so we were unable to enter - even though we already paid. On arrival we were also told by staff that the gallery is actually open on 2nd June, but is free entry. This is 100% a scam, do not book with these!
We purchased Uffizi timed tickets and it was great. Using the viator app and WhatsApp we were able to access our tickets on my phone. We waited in a short line and got right into the museum.
