Frederico was excellent. Knowledgeable, engaging and passionate about his city. Highly recommended. We would retain him again in a heart beat.
Thank you very much for your kind words. Federico is a professional, passionate, and highly knowledgeable guide, and he will be delighted to know that he made your experience so special and hope to welcome you again in the future. Regards, Anna
Our guide planned a comprehensive walking tour of the city. It was easy to meet him at a designated point. As a Florence native, he shared many interesting and uncommonly known things about Florence.
Hi Martha! So nice to read your review! Thanks for choosing Toscana Guide and for the time you used for your review! Lucky us to meet such interested guests ;) See you soon around our Wonderful Tuscany. Arrivederci!
We did this tour after morning travel from Rome, so we were a bit tired. I would suggest you have some rest before this tour as it is a walking tour for 3 hours. Our guide had so much knowledge about Florence, but she seemed to get a little irritated because we did not know as much as she or we were not as engaging as she may have liked. She was a very kind lady, but I would make sure you are well rested.
Hi Carrie, I'm really sorry for your review. When you buy a private tour, it is your tour. It means you can choose to do it in the best way for you. Our guide cannot decide to do a shorter tour, but you can always ask to a private guide to do it, to change the visit, to see something different from what you bought. It is not a shared tour, it is your tour. Since, as you wrote, your "guide had so much knowledge about Florence" and "She was a very kind lady", I don't think we deserve 3*. She is a professional, with deep knowledge of the city and its riches, with great professionalism. Please, pay more attention in the future because a hasty review can damage professionals who take so much care of their work. Regards
This tour is perfect for people who either don’t have much time in Florence or who want to orient themselves to the city at the beginning of their stay. Sara was an excellent guide. Of all of the private tours we took on this trip (Rome, Vatican, and Colosseum) Sara was the most knowledgeable of the guides. We were traveling with a toddler and Sara was always willing to stop for a short break to feed or diaper the baby. Excellent private tour and a great value. Thanks so much, Sara!
Hi! Here I am to thank you personally for choosing Toscana Guide. And more thanks for the time you spent for this review. Our great pleasure to have been your guide discovering Florence Grazie mille! Francesca Donati
