Florence: Pasta Cooking Class with Unlimited Wine

Description
Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step. We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

It was a massive group broken up in a restaurant. There was about 3 or 4 clases at once with about 24-26 people per class. Totally crammed and hard to move around.
It was fun, a great learning expirience, friendly atmosphere
Chef Giovanni was incredible! He is only 20 years old but wise beyond his years. He taught with humor, patience, and joy. We felt lucky to have chef gg!
Was a fun experience and the pasta was very good as well as the wine. It was a pretty large group which some people like and some don’t, but I personally don’t mind. My only real complaint is that the chef leading the class doesn’t have his own pasta dough to demonstrate with and has to use other’s in the class, which leads to some people not getting the full experience like myself.
Great experience and delicious food! Chef Antonio was fantastic!
Chef Antonio was AMAZING! We enjoyed our class and everything was delicious!!!
One of the highlights of our trip and we learned how to make 3 types of pasta (tortellini, ravioli and tagliatelle). All delicious with the 3 different sauces they provided. We booked this using Viator and they provide two completely different addresses for the meeting point (even sending an email 2 hours prior to our booking with the WRONG address). The correct address is Via de' Bardi 23r, 50125 Firenze FI, Italy.
Great food, easy instructions and great atmosphere. Chef Antonio was a great teacher!
The pasta and the experience were wonderful. Antonio our chef was great at teaching us all what to do, and helped out our 4 year old in making his. We got all the recipes and can’t wait to try it at home!
Eduardo was an amazing instructor. He guided us through each step, and made this an experience to remember. My family and I were so pleased they ate everything we made. I'm not a fan of cheese, but he made the cheese taste like meat. The people, atmosphere and instructor were extraordinary! Best experience of this 2 week trip to Italy!! Thank you Eduardo we appreciate you!!
