No French translation; we had to do everything via ChatGPT; otherwise, it is very beautiful and very large.
You are handed an audio guide, the Viator guide clicks the ON button, you acknowledge that the audio is working, then the Viator guide departs. Immediately after his departure, my audio stopped functioning! Only heard 2minutes of the Introduction!
Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the audio guide. Our host was present at the meeting point to assist all guests with the audio devices and ensured that the guide was functioning correctly before departure. As you confirmed that the audio was working at the time of handover, it appears that the issue occurred afterward. For situations like this, we provide a contact number in the booking information so that guests can immediately reach our support team. Had we been informed of the problem during your visit, we would have done our best to assist and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We regret that this inconvenience affected your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
It was my first time using Viatour. I was able to pick between options for the desired museum easily, and pickup on the day at the museum went well.
We were met by the team member to supply our tickets on time and in the place stated. We were able to walk straight in and look around at our own pace. Great visit.
This is the only tour ever that we did not like. I recommend having a tour guide rather than the earphones. There is no signage telling you where to go next and the names of rooms on the tour don’t match the names on the signs in the rooms. The palace is beautiful but the tour is impossible to follow.
We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that navigating the palace with the audio guide may have been confusing at times. We would also like to clarify that this activity is described as a self-guided visit and not a guided tour. The service provided includes the entrance tickets so visitors can explore the palace independently at their own pace. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we appreciate your comments regarding the audio guide and signage.
Perfect the palace was amazing Host was on time at the point to redeem voucher.I went straight in after getting ticket
This tour was definitely worth our money to skip the line.
When you book a skip the line ticket with viator you are not booking an actual ticket-it is a voucher which you have to go and redeem to get your ticket. We thought we had booked the entry ticket but when we got to the museum we were told that we had to go and find the Viator rep who should be outside in the square-there was no sign of anybody when we looked outside-we were very disappointed. the information from Viator does not make it clear that you are not booking the actual ticket to getting into the museum-I would like a refund!
Dear Customer Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the confusion you experienced. We understand how disappointing this situation must have been. However, we would like to clarify that the voucher you received does clearly state that it is not a direct entry ticket. It includes instructions to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time in order to collect your tickets from our representative. Additionally, a contact number is provided on the voucher for assistance in case you encounter any difficulty locating the meeting point or our staff. We always recommend reaching out using this number if any issues arise on the day of your visit. For future bookings, we kindly suggest reviewing the voucher details carefully, as they contain important information to ensure a smooth experience. Thank you for your understanding.
Amazing!! It was worth it. The only thing was I wish the audio lined up more with the rooms we visited. But checking in and getting tickets went super smooth and was a great experience!
Wonderful museum. Easy to get tickets. Audio did not work because of WiFi and that we needed to bring our own headphones.
