This was our first time to visit Florence and Marilisa is the most wonderful guide you could as for. She’s very flexible, accommodating and knowledgeable of her city. She went out of his way to book us to one of the best local Trattoria near San Lorenzo market and even had a food tasting!we felt like we saw everything we need to see in Florence in 3 hours but not feeling rushed at all. And don’t forget, she told us the best gelato place and she’s also can capture the best photos . Marilisa, thank you sommuch! You’re the best!!!
We had a great time with Marilisa. She was a great guide to lead us to Florence street's a hidden gems! We enjoyed really much our experience, she showed us the main places including the food market and brought us to the best gelato place ever, went to an street artist place and to a leather workshop! The kids loved it too! I highly recommend her services.
My young adult grandchildren and I enjoyed a short, 2-hour walk with Marilisa to see some non-tourist sites in Florence. She definitely knows how to structure her walks for the interests of her clients. It was our last day in Florence, and she gave us some excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities for our afternoon.
Jacopo was an excellent guide. He was able to share his knowlege in an easy manner that I enjoyed. In addition he was courteous and pleasant to be around. I'm happy with the experience. Florence is a wonderful city to visit. Having a competent personal guide only added to my enjoyment.
Gianmarco was fantastic. He taylor made the tour for our group. The traditional cantucci tasting was especially unique. A great experience for the whole group. Our age ranges from 14-70.
Martina was amazing! We had two teenagers with us and she really knew how to cater to her audience. All of us had a great time. She has a great personality and was very knowledgeable.
Marilisa is a bubbly, enthusiastic, knowledge, art loving guide who gave my 21-year-old granddaughter and her friend, and me, a thoroughly enjoyable morning walk in the lesser known areas of Florence. We had a blast! I would definitely recommend her personally, and Hidden Gems, and would not hesitate to use them again in future travels.
