It was a great experience. We made pasta dough from scratch, got new knowledge about making lasagne and tiramisu, tasted wines and tried chocolate salami. The workshop was carried out with good humour and banter. Our instructor Andrea encouraged us and made it so much fun. Thank you!🌞
It was an excellent experience, everything was very well organized. Our chef was Eleonora, and she was exceptional in her treatment, interaction, and explanation.
My family and I loved this class! Everyone (teenagers included) relaxed & enjoyed learning about pasta & making it. Of course eating our creation was a highlight! The lasagna & tiramisu were delicious & we enjoyed a wine tasting afterwards. Alessandra was a gracious hostess & amazing instructor.
We had a fantastic night learning about pasta and made amazing lasagna and tiramisu. Eleanora was so fun and informative, we loved her! Recipes were provided and we are ready to do make it all at home. Would highly recommend!
We had an amazing time and Elenora was Ana amazing teacher! We can’t wait to take what we learned home and make dinner and dessert for our friends.
Very fun afternoon making pasta. Location is very convenient. Learning traditional means for making pasta was very enjoyable. No more store bought for us!
Ilaria ( our instructor) was very knowledgeable and super professional with us. She had answers to all our questions and the info to take our cooking to the next level. Awesome.
We had a fantastic time! Our teacher, Melina, was the best! She made the class so much fun. Our boys (14 & 18) had fun too. She even had our oldest smiling and trying not to laugh (getting him to smile and laugh is not always easy). A friend recommended taking a pasta making class while we were in Italy and we weren't disappointed at all. Would recommend 10/10!
This was a great afternoon in Florence with my 16 year old daughter. We made fresh lasagna and fettuccine and ate it with Italian wine. Simona was a wonderful cooking teacher and I learnt a lot. Highly recommended!
I usually don’t make time for reviews but, Milena was extraordinary! She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher because she explained why we did what we did. The air condition wasn’t working and she made it pleasant even with the heat and even found humor in it. I would highly recommend it and ask for Milena.
