Due to the extremely heavy traffic congestion in JBR, particularly during morning and evening hours, pickups from these locations can cause significant delays that affect all guests sharing the transfer. To ensure a smoother experience for the majority of travelers, we designate alternative nearby pickup points outside these high-traffic areas. As for the pickup timing, shared transfers involve collecting guests from multiple hotels and locations across Dubai. While we strive to operate within the scheduled window, traffic conditions and route logistics can sometimes result in delays. We understand that this can be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the music and vehicle temperature, guest comfort is important to us. We value every feedback and share with the team to improve the services. Moreover, let me point out few things. You do not need to spend so much time contacting us every now and then. We have informed you the pick up time and the driver came on time. You could have just wait at the lobby instead of mesaging every now and then before the given time. The Ferrari World opens at 12:00 PM. Your ticket was given before that time. You do not need to keep asking from time to time as you are already informed it will be handled to you before the Park opens. We have other clients to attend to and we are trying our guest to reply to all your unneccessary messages. You were informed that you will be picked up from Ferrari at 5:00 pm. From 4:30 pm you are already sending messages asking for the driver. You went out in the open with this warm weather and telling that its hot outside and frantically looking for the driver - that is before 5:00 pm!! You have caused your own discomforts. The tour and your pick and drop are well excuted. We were on time. Apart from that, we were responsive. You could have enjoyed your tour if you focus on enjoying than worrying something that is already arranged. Thanks
