We strive to provide the best service to every person who chooses to join us on the water and we welcome their loved ones who come along to support them as well. We are passionate about what we do and specialize in three ways of teaching you how to glide across the water: surf, stand up paddle and bodyboard. All of our staff members have been in the business for many years and are some of the finest instructors in the industry. We love what we do and we enjoy working together, as a team and as ohana, to make our students feel safe, comfortable, and successful. We look forward to welcoming you into our ohana and showing you the aloha spirit that has kept each of us here in Hawaii-- enjoying life & good company, respecting the 'aina (our mother earth), having fun and staying active.

The one on one session with Mark was the best thing for my daughter. Everyone was just so nice and helpful.
5 We really enjoyed how organized they were and how helpful and encouraging they were. We all got up and rode waves. I am 61 and my husband is 67 and we were tired after a 2 hr lesson but it was so much fun. Would do again for sure !
Mackenna was a great instructor and the surfing was great!
I don’t usually leave reviews - this was really truly a 5 star experience. Highly recommend it, will be back. Teachers were great, photos were great.
We signed our two boys (9 and 7) up for surf lessons with Pete and Luke, and the whole morning was perfect. Both instructors were patient, encouraging, and seriously focused on safety, which immediately put us at ease, and on top of that they were a ton of fun. Our kids adored them. The part that amazed us was how quickly the boys were actually standing up and surfing. Pete and Luke really know how to teach kids, and both of mine were riding waves with huge smiles almost right away. They had the time of their lives. Make sure you spring for the photo/video package. It is absolutely worth the value, and we came home with footage of the boys catching their very first waves that we will treasure for years. Zero complaints. We recommend Ohana Surf Project 100%, and if you can ask for Pete and Luke, do it. Mahalo to the entire team for a morning we won't forget!
The staff was incredible and fun! I believe her name was Emily (might be wrong), but she was amazing and encouraging, and Noah was so nice!
Great instruction, got us out there quickly, and it was a great spot to succeed
It was our first time surfing and we were comfortable and had so much fun. Coach and the entire team was amazing. I was the oldest in the group (including my kids) and Coach and Ryan were super attentive and ensured that I didn’t get hurt and enjoyed myself. The team promoted connection that made the entire group of first time surfers and total strangers comfortable and supporting each other. From the time we checked in until the check out, every staff member was friendly and professional.
