The man that gave the tour was very enthusiastic but I would not recommend it. It is not worth the time or money. You can easily get this information for free in another chocolate making shop.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciated our guide's enthusiasm. However, we respectfully disagree with your assessment. For around €5, guests receive a guided visit inside a real bean-to-bar chocolate factory, where we explain every step of chocolate making using our own production. Comparing that to a free sales pitch in a retail shop is simply not the same experience. We never aim to compete on being the cheapest as we focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and quality. Those looking for a genuine chocolate-making experience generally find great value in what we offer. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
A 20 minute express experience book but it was so rushed we were in and out within 10 minutes The Tour itself was also in a small confined room where we barely managed to fit inside and we were just told to look to the left and look to the right we weren’t walked to any of the main machines so I wouldn’t really recommend this at all, to be honest
Thank you for your feedback. Our Express Experience is intentionally designed as a short 20-minute introduction to artisan chocolate making and is priced at just €5 per person. We are sorry if it felt too brief for your expectations. As a small artisan workshop, unlike large industrial factories, our production space is limited and visitors are welcomed directly into our working environment. The tour is designed to give a quick glimpse into the chocolate-making process rather than a full factory visit with extensive walking between machines. We understand that this format may not suit everyone, but we aim to offer an accessible and authentic experience at a very modest price point. We appreciate your visit and your comments, which help us continue improving our visitor experience.
