The experience was excellent. Our guide, Lucia, accompanied us and kept an eye on the whole group. The interaction between history, curious facts of the place, culture and tour, made a beautiful visit. Highly recommended
Veronica, our guide, was spectacular. She gave us in-depth information and insights to the gardens and palace. She has an amazing wealth of knowledge and made sure we understood and were engaged with the tour the entire time. She even took time to connect with our child and give them tips to make this trip exciting and interesting for them. I highly recommend this trip. We have gone on other guided trips and just got the basic information. This was not that kind of guide! It was a must to go to Versailles with this knowledgeable guide. Veronica even took time to make sure we got amazing family photos in perfect locations. It was the best experience.
Christina was an amazing tour guide! She has a love for the arts and gives us details that really bring the gardens and Versailles to life! We enjoyed this tour very much.
We had to wait half an hour because a couple wasn't coming And they didn't warn that in the gardens you would walk 8 km on slope and stairs How we had the entrance to the palace at 1 h 30 m did not give us time to eat anything We leave late and the last rooms running Very bad organization
Gardens were great,,wish the spring wasn’t late and would have been even better. Our guide was wonderful and made for a nice visit The only thing was it wasn’t clear that it did not include the train ticket, the others in our group thought so also. It wasn’t a big deal to buy the tickets at the station and start out
Excellent place and the guide was very good at helping to understand the context of the construction, with great and fun explanations
What was offered has been fulfilled, the contact point was located without problems, the guide was very pleasant and efficient, despite the technical problems of the train, he knew how to solve it very well.
Our guide met us and helped us with good commentary and directions. She was very knowledgeable. I wish she could have taught us thru the palace and not just the gardens.
We were fortunate enough to capture a few pics in the sunshine, even with the frigid weather and rain. Our guide was Richard Acero; his knowledge and gentle manner in working with my family were excellent! The Spanish guided tour illuminated the experience for us, and I highly recommend it to families.
Definitely one of the best guides, if you can ask about Richard. He tells the story in a unique way, totally immerses you and you return time
¡Gracias por su comentario positivo y por animar así al equipo! Esperamos que siga contando con nosotros para sus viajes y disfrutando de nuestros tours por todo el mundo. Saludos Cordiales, Equipo Buendía.
