Excursion to Q'eswachaca Bridge - Group Tour

Description
The tour to the Qeswachaka Inca Bridge begins with pickup from your hotel from 4:30 – 5:00 a.m. Continuing almost a two-hour trip through the south of Cusco, we will visit the four lagoons. After enjoying a quiet moment near the lagoons, we will visit the small volcano of Pabellones, which is located near the town of Yanaoca. Then we will arrive at the impressive Inca bridge. This Inca suspension bridge is made of plant fiber (Ichu) and is located over the Apurímac River in the district of Quehue. The existence of this bridge dates back to Inca times. Renovation and maintenance is done once a year by local people from the four surrounding communities. Before beginning the renovation of the bridge, an offering is given as a sign of respect and gratitude to Pachamama. We will have the opportunity to cross the Inca bridge on both sides. But be careful, it seems easy, but it takes courage.

Had a wonderful time on this tour. Americo was a great guide. Mostly in Spanish (I don't speak spanish) but it didnt take anything away from the experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Cusco. Bring motion sickness meds if you are prone to feeling ill. It is a lot of driving on very curvy roads. I forgot my meds and regretted it.
A great experience, we got to know the culture of the people living in the region and learned about the process of manufacturing the bridge
The experience was very good!! We like it! The place is very beautiful. In particular, the guide Pablo was very attentive and nice! We recommend!!
I loved meeting Victor who was responsible for helping to organize the building of the bridge each year. We saw beautiful flamingos!
Wally was amazing! Cool trip - we got to see the how they made the bridge from scratch from one of the people who helps rebuild it every year. Also got to take part in a coca ritual to the nature to grant us safe passage across the bridge. It's a long journey to get to, but a pretty cool story to be able to tell - thank you Wally!
The view and experience is incredible! We will definitely go back! They take care of every detail, and this country is beautiful with a lot of culture and friendly people.
The view is incredible, everything they offer is top level, super service, many activities to do, good food
The transportation service, guide, food, landscapes and everything, excellent. Recommendable. An unforgettable experience.
The landscapes of the route are very interesting, prepare the camera, if possible make a stop at the house of Tupac Amaru II
A pleasant experience, in which history culture and beautiful landscapes are combined, friendly treatment and excellent attention by the guide and driver.
