The tour guide told me to meet at two different places. The explanation took more time than the actual tour, which gave us only four minutes inside the Sistine Chapel. The staff seemed inexperienced and unorganized, wasting precious vacation time.
We Informed you and provide you all the information on the day as reminder. But you suppose to be at the meeting point at 5:15 for check in , you did arrive 35 minutes late and the hole group waited for you and tour started late . Although we try our best . Thanks for sharing your experience

Very informed and pleasant guide. Ushered us through lines with ease. They print you an entrance ticket and you need to scan it twice as you enter, keep it handy. Really packed a ton into a three hour tour. Highly recommend.
