- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a tutor or legal guardian
- Alcoholic beverages are served after the snorkeling portion
- Snorkeling is not available for people with heart/lung problems, asthma, epilepsy, recent surgery (6 months) and/or insulin dependents
- This tour is not available for pregnant Participants
- Sunscreen use is not allowed once on board the boats due to reef preservation. Please wear long sleeve clothes and hat/cap
- Minimum age for snorkeling is 8 years old
- Participants wishing to snorkel on this tour MUST possess basic swimming skills
- Occassionally strong winds causing rough seas may affect the area of El Cielo, forcing the tour to be conducted at an alternative area

Boat was on time and clean. Three staff members, one captain, one tour guide, and one to help and take photos. Food was fresh and delicious. We had a bit of rain and this boat protected the group.

Absolutely incredible. Jose & Pedro were amazing! Boat awesome and the best time. The ceviche was incredible - eating it with the rays. We snorkel and loved seeing a turtle and the star fish!

Amazing experience- clear waters, the tour guides were wonderful with our family group with lots of kids. We saw sharks, rays, turtle, and lots of fish. The ceviche and snacks were delicious. Highly recommended.
