Travel from Selçuk to Ephesus on a well-organized day tour combining comfortable transportation, ancient history, and local culture with an expert guide. Your guide will contact you the day before the tour to confirm the exact pick-up time. On the morning of departure, you will meet your guide at your hotel in Selçuk and travel by air-conditioned minivan or minibus to Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the Mediterranean. Walk along the ancient marble streets as your professional guide brings the history of Ephesus to life. Discover remarkable landmarks including the Odeon, the State Agora, Curetes Street, the Fountain of Trajan, the Temple of Hadrian, the Library of Celsus, the Commercial Agora, and the Great Theatre, which once accommodated approximately 24,000 spectators. After exploring Ephesus, enjoy lunch, visit selected local workshops, and continue to the Temple of Artemis. At the end of the tour, return to your Selçuk hotel accompanied by your guide.

Our last visiting place is Temple of Artemis considered one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, Ephesus’ Temple of Artemis was dedicated to the goddess of the hunt. After that, Only the foundation and one column remain of this temple which once measured 425 feet long, 220 feet long. Paul’s successful ministry in this city was considered a threat to this very temple.

"Coach tour" -- a potentially terrifying phrase that conjures images of a busted A/C, corny tour guide jokes, and seats with more than one chewing gum stain for some reason. But -- not this coach tour. This coach tour was spectacular. The sights were truly awe-inspiring. The history was fascinating. The sprinter van was nice. But what really made this tour special was our guide, Alpy. He's knowledgeable, personable, funny, and a bunch of other adjectives that are all positive. Truly couldn't recommend this tour more! If you're here, just sign up already. You won't regret it.

Great day trip! We had a fantastic day which included Ephesus, the Virgin Mary’s house, Artemis temple, a pottery workshop and Turkish delight store. Alpy Our tour guide was amazing! He was very informative and explained the history of each site in great detail, he honestly made the tour very special and entertaining. Our driver Aykut was very safe and efficient. I've been on many tours in many countries and I can safely say this was the best I've been on in no small part due to our tour guide Alperen. His knowledge was incredible and what's more his enthusiasm and love for the history and culture of this part of Türkiye was infectious! Ephesus is amazing and Alpy really brought it to life as our guide. He was also great for answering all our questions! It was an absolutely fabulous day with lots of history, humour, great story telling and a fine meal for lunch. I really couldn't recommend this tour highly enough and if you are on the fence about booking it, please read this and just do it! We can’t imagine having gone to see Ephesus without such a detailed and engaging guided tour by Alpi. Super knowledgeable! Transport was comfortable and air-conditioned on a warm day. Lunch was also delicious and plenty for what you pay.
