Comfortable and Reasonably Immersive Way to See Ella!

Pros: - Well paced tour - Glen, my chauffeur, was understanding, patient, and mindful. He was also a careful driver with all the winding roads that we had to pass through. - Glen explained how things would go, and because there is much to cover in the itinerary, he provided options when it comes to customer preferences (and the possibility of omitting certain places due to time constraints, if necessary) - Over all I would recommend this tour, but taking note of the concerns below (none of which are major concerns but just they require a lot of confirming and double checking). Cons (most of these could be easily sorted out with better communication by the company): - Can be a bit expensive but you have to realize that it's a challenge to drive through Nuwara Eliya and Ella. - Double check and confirm your train ticket with the company beforehand. There was some miscommunication, at least from what I understand, because the company did not send me my ticket beforehand as what my chauffeur knew, so he had to help me sort this out with the company the soonest. Thankfully I still had a reserved seat at the train from Nanu Oya to Ella. - There was also a bit of miscommunication when it came to the pickup time. In the reservation it said 6am, but when I verified the day before I found out that I would be picked up from my hotel around 8:30am. (I think the 6am call time was for clients coming from Colombo). - Generally, there is a bit of uncertainty to the pacing of the tour because this all depends on the train schedule and if there are any delays (not the company's fault in any way since the train is beyond their control). This might worry some people
