Central Park is a pivotal backdrop for some of Kevin's adventures and for the Cheerful Elf
The Wollman Rink, where Kevin skates and narrowly escapes from the clutches of Harry and Marv. The rink is surrounded by the city's spectacular towering skyline.
Standing on the bridge, imagine the moment when Kevin cautiously approaches the Pigeon Lady, who becomes a key character in his adventure. The view from Gapstow Bridge offers a stunning panorama of the park, with the Plaza Hotel and other iconic buildings serving as a backdrop.
The Plaza Hotel is a holiday movie classic, filled with memorable moments in the hotel’s grand setting. After arriving in New York alone, Kevin manages to book a luxurious suite with his dad’s credit card, delivering his famous “Credit card, you got it!” line in the lobby. The highlight of his stay is his hilarious encounter with the suspicious concierge, played by Tim Curry, whose efforts to catch Kevin lead to the unforgettable prank scene, “Get down on your knees and tell me you love me!” Throughout his stay, Kevin lives out every kid’s dream, with room service, a grand suite, and a dramatic holiday escape down the Plaza’s festively decorated lobby staircase. Each year, fans visit The Plaza to relive the holiday magic and iconic scenes from Home Alone 2, making it a must-see destination for movie lovers.

We booked this particular tour because it was highly recommended by a friend whi visited in December. We were not disappointed we had a great time with the music and decor of this one.
We did some great tours this trip but we all agree this was the most fun! The pedicab, the music and the guides made it an afternoon to remember. We loved our tour!
Best tour in NYC by far. These guys know their stuff, are supper fun and funny and made us feel completely comfortable. It’s hard to see all of Central Park at one time and this tour did just that. All the little stories and details were perfect. Much more than just Elf and Home Alone info. And we danced through the park with tunes from several movies and shows. Highly recommend!!
Buddy the Elf pedicab tour through Central Park was one of our favorite things we did!!! 10 out of 10. Buddy was full of energy, did not rush, full of great information. We wished we would have done the 1.5 ride instead of the 1hr. Highly recommend Buddy the Elf or Peter Pan tours!
Buddy the Elf was very knowledgeable and entertaining. What a great way for my teen to learn about the city and Central Park while having great time with Buddy the Elf! He did a great job of tailoring the experience to be relevant for someone her age as well as mine. I would seek him out personally for future tours.
We had a party of 7 and split up in 3 pedicabs, but rode side by side the whole time. During the ride and each stop, they spoke loud enough for all 3 pedicabs to hear. It’s basically just Central Park, but they also pointing out other movies and shows filmed in the park as well. We enjoyed it!
This was a lovely experience…tons of fun for the grandson and grandparents alike!! Highly recommended!!
This was a great experience. Buddy and papa elf were great, their knowledge of everything was perfect. 100% would recommend them. Very friendly and funny .
This experience was out of This world! We are Native New Yorkers and were simply blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, creativity and the creation of a memorable holiday experience for our family! We will remember it for years to come, and we would love to do this tour again! Our drivers safely whisked us through Central Park during the peak of the holiday season, pointing out MUCH MORE than just the “Home Alone 2” and “Elf” movie details…these talented guides not only entertained, but were amazingly well versed historians on film, architecture, celebrities, music and MORE. I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option! We had SUCH a great time! Well done and THANK YOU!!!
This was a fun tour and had some interesting facts along the way. The ride was engaging and we would definitely do this again.
