Electric Bike Tour of Manhattan and the Waterfront Greenway

Stefan was a great guide who was knowledgeable and funny! He shared lots if great facts about NYC during our ride. He also had some great restaurant and live music recos!

Richard was our host. He was very knowledgeable about New York and its history and very personable and fun to be with. We saw parts of New York we have not seen before.

We had booked actually booked the Bike Tour of CENTRAL PARK and the Waterfront but landed up on the tour of Manhattan and Waterfront. We had a great guide (Alex) and really enjoyed our tour anyway - but if there is a next time - I will be sure that we are put in the CORRECT tour to avoid any disappointment.

We were amazed at how easy it is to bicycle around NYC. Bob made it feel so accessible while teaching us new things at every turn.

That was a terrible experience, the company charge me 2 days prior our tour and when we arrived they don’t have the Ebike that we book. Just one that didn’t work turn off multiple times in the first 15 min when I decide to stop, was enough that my partner need to ride a regular bike because they don’t have the two Ebike we book and paid prior. but when mine start to turn off over and over again was a disaster. We rode back to the start point handling the off/on situation and when we request our money back they said they can’t do it they just can give 50% of my money or a 100% in a credit this is the second terrible experience that I have with unlimited biking and is terrible i don’t want a credit because I will never used again, this company doesn’t respect their costumer. They bikes they have are the worst is just unbelievable. I am a profesional rider that schedule every day in New York with different activity’s. We lost the opportunity to do the Ebike tour for choose this company and also extra $40 that we use in taxi transportation from hotel to the start point and back. The level of disrespect is the only things that is unlimited here I feel stoled they have 100% of my money and they make me have a terrible time. I don’t want 50% for something so bad and that cause more expenses and the time we loss that is invaluable.

Saturday was a perfect day for a bike ride. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Johan was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and made certain that we knew how to operate our electric bikes. I highly recommend this tour. My husband is an avid bike rider, and I ride my bike on occasion. However, we both felt that the electric bike made it easier to ride across the city.

I do not wish them.a bad rating however they did not have bikes that were acceptable so we couldn’t use their services. We had asked them for an easy woman’s bike for my wife to use and they didn’t have one.

Tour was good. Bike had problem and size was not appropriate. Bike had only small bag to hold personal stuff and no space to keep water bottle, selfie stick etc. No restroom in the shop and ended up going to a public restroom.

Enjoyed seeing the city on bikes. There was a lot more stopping and touring than expected, would have preferred more consistent bike riding. Tour guide gave some information on city history along with a lot of information on city celebrities, if you’re into that. Was surprised I had to request air in a tire before beginning the tour. Would seem the company would check that for safety reasons. Be prepared for some weaving in and out of traffic. Would have been helpful to receive some basic “bike riding etiquette in NYC” before beginning the tour. Overall a fun day.

We planned this tour and made our way into the city which took a couple of hours and a taxi ride. Two blocks from the meeting place we were called and told that our tour was called off because of a problem with the tour guide. They offered us to reschedule or a refund. Being that we were already there, the gracious fellow in the shop said that we could go out on our own which we did but it was nothing like having a tour guide. We went by all of the things that we would’ve seen because we were unfamiliar. It took a couple of tries to try to get a partial re-fund, it wasn’t easy.
