Alongside a sample of our classic expression, learn about how we apply our whisky-making ethos to create our award-winning Height of Arrows Gin with just 3 ingredients. In our whisky distillery, watch our washbacks foaming and our copper stills bubbling as your guide highlights the different stages of scotch production. From heritage and speciality malts to alternative yeasts, find out more about what we do differently to create exciting and innovative flavours for our single malts. Following a tutored tasting of our single malt whisky, delve deeper into our methods of flavour creation through our careful selection of seasoned oak barrels from around the world.

The tour guide Killian was very good, with great blend of humour and whisky knowledge. Tasting measures were a bit stingy, in comparison with other distilleries we have visited, for the similar price. Also felt everything was a bit rushed. Still enjoyed the tour.

This was a great experience. I have been on wine and beer tours in the past. This was my first distillery tour. I was very impressed by their whiskeys, especially considering how young their distillery is.

We've been on a few of these tours around Edinburgh. Each is of course unique but this was really great. It's a lovely place and haven been on several others this is one is really worth it. 100% recommended and our guide Gabriel surprised us saying it was only his 4th time giving the tour. Great guy, great tour.

We had a wonderful experience at Holyrood Distillery during our visit to Edinburgh. The tour was informative, engaging and gave us great insight into both gin and whisky production. Our guide, Chris, was excellent. His personal distilling knowledge and passion for the craft really brought the experience to life. The tasting session was a highlight, showcasing a variety of innovative flavour profiles that were clean, smooth and well-balanced. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased a bottle of their Noir Expression to take home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern and memorable distillery experience in Edinburgh.

Nice walk up from the Palace of Holyrood along the base of Arthur's Seat. Courtney was our fantastic tour guide. They are a younger distillery with plenty of knowledge and are producing great products.

Interesting about the process of production of whiskey and gin. Good tastes along the way. The distillery is small and relatively new.

An easy walk from city center. Mikela was a wonderful teacher. I learned a great deal about distilling spirits. Holyrood gin is amazing. Not a whisky fan but their scotch might convert me
