Manu is an excellent guide and driver. He made the experience very enjoyable and informative. His demeanor and great sense of humor were appreciated. Highly recommend! Luxurbe could improve the meeting point process since there were up to 10 carts there at once, and many passengers trying to locate their cart and driver resulting in confusion.

Seven of us were abandoned at the pick up location. No one answered the phone or messages. Three of the people were elderly and one was disabled.
Dear Guest, We are very sorry to read this characterization, but we must strongly clarify several points. Claims that guests were “abandoned” are extremely serious and do not reflect standard operational procedures. All pickups are coordinated through confirmed booking details, timing, and active logistics. In cases of missed connection, this may involve positioning issues, timing mismatches, restricted access, or communication complications rather than intentional absence. We also have no verified record supporting a complete lack of response through official channels as described. References to age or disability understandably increase the emotional weight of the experience, but these factors do not in themselves confirm operational negligence. Statements such as “nightmare” and “abandoned” are highly charged personal descriptions and should be distinguished from verified service facts. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team
