You will pass the entire Pula Bay, which is 4.5 kilometers long. On the shores of the Gulf of Pula, is located Pula, the largest city in Istria and the largest port of Pula in Istria. The Gulf of Pula was the main port of the Austro-Hungarian Navy. You will pass by several forts ( Muzil & Štinjan ) that are still in their natural form today, which were built by Austria to protect the bay and port.
After exiting the port of Pula, you can see the Brijuni islands. You will pass by the "Peneda" lighthouse, which is the southernmost point of the Brijuni National Park. The excursion continues in the direction of the island "Vanga "and the "White Villa" residence of former president of Jugoslavia Josip Broz Tito. The island "Vanga" and the "White Villa" residence where Tito received his favorite guests are still today strictly protected facilities, under the strict supervision of state authorities and guarded by well-armed soldiers. So you have a unique opportunity to see the island Vanga and the residence from Tito ex president only from our boat.
The excursion continues in the direction of the island "Mali Brijun", which is the second largest island of the Brijuni Islands. You will pass the "Fort Brioni Minor", which is the largest fort on the Adriatic coast. It was built in 1895. and is part of the defense belt that surrounded Pula. Until 2001, the fort was under military protection, and from then until today, the summer theater "Ulysses" is held there.
This is one of several buildings you will pass during this cruise. The rich and diverse architectural heritage dates back to different historical periods. At the end of the 19th century, the island would flourish with the arrival of Paul Kupelwieser, when the transformation of Brijuni began. Thanks to Paul Kupelwiesser, Brijuni became a gathering place for the aristocratic, cultural, scientific, industrial and economic elite when he turned Brijuni into an exclusive summer resort.
"Veliki Brijun" is the largest, most beautiful and most visited Brijuni island. This island is an exceptional example of harmony achieved by the intertwining of nature and the human touch. Veliki Brijun is partly cultivated into a harmonious landscape of lawns and landscape parks, and besides exceptionally valuable remains of architectural heritage, it contains preserved vegetation types typical for the western Istrian climate. Although open to the public, a part of the island is managed by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia. Part of the Veliki Brijun has a special function and is used for residential purposes of the President and Government of the Republic of Croatia.
This is a fortified settlement from the Bronze Age with preserved walls, entrance and necropolis. It is located on the hill of the same name, north of the bay of Verige.
The waters along the islands of the Brijuni National Park are teeming with schools of bottlenose dolphins, and this tour will help you find them. Enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Brijuni National Park in search of dolphins. When we find them we will stop so you can enjoy the view from boat of the playful creatures.
On the way back, while the sun is setting, you can enjoy and capture unforgettable memories in the stunning sunset from the comfort of the luxury ship Europa in the most famous National Park in Croatia.
This unique cruise ends with a return to the port of Pula and a view of the famous Pula luminous giants and the illuminated Pula amphitheater.

Great tour, we were lucky and were able to see dolphins. The tour guide was great. And the sunset was beautiful. We booked without food.
Beautiful experience, both for the dolphin watching and for the sunset over the sea
Very nice experience, attentive staff. The meal was simple but very good.
It was a wonderful trip, we could see several dolphins.
Tommy was a great guide. Great food en good drinks
Tommi was a truly excellent guide and an excellent view of all the islands with a few dolphins to keep us company during the trip
We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely recommend this sunset and dolphin-watching boat trip! ❤️ We initially had some trouble finding the location due to our own mistake, but the contact person responded immediately and sent us very detailed information about parking options and the exact location of the boat, which was extremely helpful. The trip itself was lovely. ⚓️⛴️ We were lucky enough to see dolphins several times 🐬, which was definitely one of the highlights. The food and drinks were also great – we chose the fish menu and it was absolutely delicious. The information provided by the guide during the trip was interesting and informative, and the entire staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The experience is also very family-friendly, and we really enjoyed it with our young daughter. A very special thank you to the crew for going the extra mile to surprise my partner, who was celebrating his birthday 🎂🥳🍾. They surprised him with a birthday song and some lovely sparkling wine, which made the evening even more memorable for us. A beautiful sunset, dolphins, good food and a wonderful crew – we had a great time and would happily recommend this experience.
We booked the sunset trip with dolphin view. Though we only could see single dolphins swimming, but we were satisfied. We had to wait until all passengers arrived on the ship and all were seated before the guide told us that everyone would get only one glass but keep it till the end of the trip, so you can refill. This is not to waste cups, which is really economical. The dinner we have booked was either chicken or hate fish with cabbage slake and bread. It was Nötigung special but was sufficient . Luckily we could also find a parkingslot at Ul. Svetog Petra for 1.50€ per hour, even on a Sunday. Thanks fine the nice trip.
Beautiful and relaxing experience
Nice tour, good food, friendly atmosphere, and the dolphins showed themselves too. :-)
