Dolphin House By Private Speed Boat & Drinks & Transfer-Hurghada

Today was really great Mohammed and our Boat Captain is very nice and professional. My wife and i did enjoy snorkling while Mohammed help us take Videos of the nice Coral reefs. We were the 1st people to arrive in the area and we was able to see a lot of fish and see life without the crowd of people. The boat was very fast which we like very much. We also see Dolphins and walk on the white Island which was very beautiful. It was really a very nice experience because u can enjoy everything in your own without the crowd.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on this boat tour! During the trip, we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming near the boat, which was truly unforgettable. Even tho it was a little bit crowded with other boats wo tried to get a good look at them. The snorkeling stops were breathtaking. We explored beautiful coral reefs full of colorful fish and marine life from the Red Sea. For me the highlight of the tour was the final snorkeling stop at a huge shipwreck. It was so enormous that you couldn’t even see the seabed next to it—the side of the wreck seemed to disappear into the deep blue water. It was an incredible and awe-inspiring sight that felt almost surreal.

I joined this tour with my pregnant wife during our trip to Hurghada. During the tour, SAR 2,500 in cash went missing from my wife's bag while we were on the boat. When we discovered the loss, we immediately asked the crew for help and requested assistance in calling the police. However, the crew refused to help us call the police. Local police later attended the marina and questioned the captain, crew members, and operator representatives. However, despite our repeated requests, no written police report or receipt was issued to us before we left Egypt. This was not just a bad customer service experience. It was a serious safety and security concern, especially because my wife was pregnant at the time. I do not recommend this tour to travelers who care about safety, accountability, and proper support when something goes wrong.

A well-organized trip, we clarified the details for pickup in advance with the organization via WhatsApp. We were picked up by a nice driver in a car right in front of the hotel and also brought back. On the speedboat, there was a very friendly guide who speaks good English. Snorkel masks and fins (the largest fins fit shoe size 43, but are not really necessary) are on board, as well as life jackets for less confident swimmers. There were only two of us besides the guide on board. Drinks and snacks were also provided. We could decide what we wanted to do during the booked time. We visited two different coral reefs that were very lively, a beautiful sandbank, and saw dolphins, but we left there after a short time as they were being "chased" by more than 10 boats, which neither our guide nor we felt was right to expose the dolphins to such stress. Overall, a very nice tour and absolutely recommendable!

What a marvellous trip! We did snorkeling, saw a pod of dolphins and the most incredible shipwreck. Great team; Mohammed and Captain Bad were great with my child and gave her the best experience.

Through the weather we didn't see any dolphins but it was still a mega speed boat tour. We were on the white beach and saw sky diving and a crab. The tour was windy but still cool. The guide was very nice and the captain too. The guide sent us videos as a little apology. And wor were even allowed to snorkel. When the sea is calm you can see dolphins

We hired this tour with the expectation of visiting the supposed “dolphin house” in Hurgada, which they say is about 45 minutes by boat. However, from the start it was a hoax. They had no intention of taking us there — clearly to save gas — and left us in an area just 10 minutes from the port. The experience with the dolphins was even worse. We only saw three or four examples and they were constantly being harassed by multiple ships. They chased them relentlessly, crossed them in front to force them to change direction and would not let them move freely. It was a very uncomfortable and sad situation to witness. We had to ask the captain several times to stop pursuing them and to respect the animals, as promised in the description of the activity. He didn't listen. It is clearly an excursion designed for tourists who simply suffice to “see dolphins”, regardless of the welfare of the animals. Moreover, when we insisted that they take us to the famous “dolphin house”, they began to say that this did not exist, completely contradicting what they announce. It was a constant succession of excuses and lies. Eventually we decided to cancel the excursion, but we were not refunded. In short: a deceptive, poorly organized and totally disrespectful experience with animals. I would not recommend it at all.

Was great. Also, had my kid with me. Was a great day! Captain and colleague was really nice.
