You get to see the most impressive sites in the Dolomites. Including taking the cable car up to one of the mountain summits with incredible views. There was even a small glacier on top to Walk around in the snow in the middle of June.i
Enjoyed the trip and guide knowledgeable. The pickup place was not very clear and we had to walk for 30 minutes in the heat to be picked up and found the bus was passing our hotel picking others up.
The tour guide and driver were excellent. It was just a very long day which was tough with jet lag etc. still, totally worth it and glad I saw and learned about this amazing part of Italy.
My visit to Lake Garda was an unforgettable experience. As the largest lake in Italy, it offers a perfect combination of stunning natural beauty, charming towns, and a relaxing atmosphere. The crystal-clear water, surrounded by impressive mountains and picturesque landscapes, creates breathtaking views at every turn. I especially enjoyed walking along the lakeside promenades, exploring the narrow streets of the historic towns, and stopping at cozy cafés to enjoy authentic Italian food and delicious gelato. One of the highlights of my trip was taking a boat ride across the lake. It provided spectacular views of the colorful villages, elegant villas, and beautiful shoreline. The warm weather and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hospitality of the local people was exceptional, and the region offers something for everyone, whether you enjoy sightseeing, hiking, cycling, water sports, or simply spending time by the water. Overall, Lake Garda exceeded all my expectations. Its unique combination of natural beauty, culture, and Italian charm makes it a destination that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Italy. I hope to return one day and explore even more of this wonderful region.
This is a luxurious tour that starts with a view of the lake and vineyards, then goes all the way around the Dolomites. You can take the cable car and see the amazing scenery and the beautiful valley towns before and after. The view from the top of the double-decker bus is insatiable. Thank you for a wonderful day.
liked it. The guide told a lot of information. The mountains were very beautiful. If you go to the mountains, you should have warm clothes because there is snow and the wind blows strongly.
An amazing day from start to finish! Super helpful to have multiple pickup points for ease of access on a large lake. Georgia was a great guide and Paolo navigated some of the most challenging roads with ease! We will never forget the incredible views and loved the multiple towns we stopped in for coffee/shopping.
An unforgettable day in the Dolomites. Spectacular scenery, fairytale villages and a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. A very long day but worth every second. The optional cable car trip was the high light.
Outstanding scenic drive. The Dolomites are very unique rugged mountains. Don't miss the cable car ride and take a jacket. Our tour had a very poor guide, however. He rambled on forever on the bus in a disorganized manner. I would suggest the tour company not use Frederick. The driver was excellent.
The Dolomites themselves are absolutely stunning - truly one of the most dramatic landscapes we’ve ever seen. Our guide was genuinely exceptional; knowledgeable, passionate, and even convinced the driver to make an unscheduled waterfall stop. However, the tour structure may need rethinking. A 10-hour day with 6.5 hours of driving for 3.5 hours of actual experience is a tough ask for most travellers. A drop-off/pick-up option at a midpoint would make this tour accessible to a much wider range of people and honestly do justice to a landscape that deserves more time on foot. That said we must give thumbs up again for comfort and affordability and we appreciated the trip.
