Itinerary
DMZ is demilitarized zone and a buffer zone between North Korea and South Korea. The lines reach 248 km in length from Jeongdong-ri, Paju-si to Myeongho-ri, Goseong-gun. At the present time, an area within 2 km in both the north and south side is designated as the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone). Excluding the DMZ, the overall area is considered to be the most heavily militarized region in the world.
The 3rd Tunnel was discovered by South Korea in 1978. It spans over 1,635m in length, 2m in width, and 2m in height and is located 52km from Seoul. It is estimated that approximately 30,000 soldiers could move through the tunnel per hour. The scale is similar to the 2nd Tunnel, but it was thought to be more threatening as an invasion tool than the 1st and 2nd Tunnels. Located only 4km away from Imjingak toward the southwest and 3.5km from the Tongilchon area, it is accessible by car in approximately 45 min from Seoul.
DMZ tour includes visiting Dora Observatory where you can see North korea if the weather is good, the 3rd tunnel, and Dorasan Station which is the last station in South Korea and there will be Pyeongyang station 205km away from this station. Dorasa Station is currently closed. It can be replaced if Dora observatory is closed.
If you select Suspension bridge option, we will visit Chulleong Bridge near DMZ area. It is a bridge that connects the valley of the mountain, where black and blue lights can be seen simultaneously between the rocks. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery in all four seasons by crossing the 150m swinging bridge. Gamaksan Suspension Bridge can be replaced with one of other suspension bridges, Lake suspension bridge or Hantangang(river) suspension bridge.
Every Monday, we will visit the 2nd tunnel, Peace Observatory, and Suspension Bridge

Had a great day. Pick up was really convenient and the guide we had was a legend. Would recommend
The guide is very good, the explanation is clear, the itinerary is meaningful and worth referring to friends who have come to Seoul
The tour was really informative. I really enjoyed the activities and the stuff that we got to see. Our Tour Guide Andrew was really nice and managed the group really well. He also helped us the spot people in North Korea when we visited the observatory.
Great experience worth every penny! The trip is full of fun and interesting things to see/do/learn about. Andrew was a great tour guide as well, hearing all his knowledge was super.
Andrew was an excellent tour guide, he explained everything in detail and informatively, and it was never too much at any point. He always made sure that we were legally safe but also allowed us to experience everything at the same time. Thank you very much!
Fantastic experience! Worth every penny. Andrew was a fantastic guide.
Great discovery of the DMZ thanks to Andrew, who shared his knowledge and anecdotes with us A very beautiful day spent
We had a great, very complete, and well-organized day; our guide Andrew was super and made this activity very enjoyable. I totally recommend booking a day for the DMZ; the detour is worth it!
This DMZ tour is very informative. Our guide Andrew is very friendly and accommodating. He shares information about the tour very well. Although the tour is very tiring, we still have a lot of fun.
I liked the tour very much, but there were parts that I did not want to do. I just wish there was a shorter version, where you just do the suspension bridge and the 3rd tunnel. That being said, our guide Andrew did a great job telling us stories and keeping us informed.
