The trip to the ISKCON Mayapur temple complex was inspiring and impressive. With the guide Mrs. Bratati, the journey time of more than three hours passed entertainingly and informatively. It is fascinating to experience the culture and spiritual life in the temple complex. Much background information was shared. On the way back we had lunch and a bit further on the best Marsala tea of this week.

I did not realize that this was a facility for Hari Krishna until it was too late to cancel. However it is an impressive facility and my guide, Mr. Suvendu, was very knowledgeable and we had far ranging conversations about Hinduism and Bengali culture and history.
