Great value for money and an excellent way to see more of the island . A full day . Comfortable coach which dropped us back to our hotel in Bahia Feliz. Reasonable lunch and a visit to the aloe Vera farm. The guide and the driver were excellent.

We first booked a jeep trip expecting that we would have forward facing seats, as on rough terrain you need to be able to support yourself by pushing back into the seat. We got inward facing seats in the back. My husband and I weren't happy with that. Then the driver said they were picking up another two people to sit in the back. These two were not skinny as my husband and I are not. They squeezed in with us. None of us were happy about it and I made the decision that we could not take 6 hours - some off-road in those cramped uncomfortable seats. So we asked to get taken back to our hotel and left the trip. We had only paid the deposit. We informed the staff at our reception that the trip was not suitable for older, big people. The owner contacted us and offered us another trip to use the deposit. We chose the catamaran one. It was very enjoyable and the staff were fun and helpful. Only downside was the bus driver was the most unhelpful person I've ever met in tourism. He came to arranged hotel to pick us up, we went to the bus and he decided we weren't the ones he's suppose to pick up. So we had to argue our way on. On the way back we got on the bus and he told us to get off - that it wasn't our bus. We had to get help from other staff at the catamaran so we could get on. There were some rude, loud Brits on bus when we got on in morning, sitting behind him and criticizing his driving - maybe he thought we were with them. We sat with them and chatted - he probably thought we were the parents of the rowdy couple! All up it was an excellent trip on the cat and we saw heaps of dolphins. We appreciate being offered another trip, when first one didn't suit our 60 year old bodies!
Brilliant tour guide Sebastian who never runs out of energy and keeps giving his all to us even after 6 hours! A real asset to Gran Canaria. Made sure every single person was ok and felt welcome every minute of the day.
Thank you for your kind review,so glad you enjoyed the Discover Gran Canaria tour. With gratitude FMT
Simon the tour guide was excellent as was our coach driver. Very informative especially around the history of the island and its flora and fauna. Nothing felt rushed we had lots of opportunities to take photos and enjoy the amazing views. Our lunch stop off was fabulous value for money at 13E for 3 courses including a drink !! I would not ordinarily be drawn to a tour however I cannot recommend this one enough as an overview of Gran Canarias varied landscapes.
It was a last minute activity! They called me about the activity and I was allowed to come along without any problems! I was very happy that I could come along. It was definitely recommended! Simon has told you everything you need to know about this island! The view was certainly beautiful and there was a big difference between South and North. Lunch for 13 euros was definitely recommended! Thank you !
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted that you could join us last minute and that you enjoyed it. It's wonderful to hear that you found the views stunning and noticed the significant differences between the south and north. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Best regards,First Minute Travel
We were really looking forward to the Cumbre tour because it included the Arucas rum distillery tour, it quickly became apparent this was not part of the tour. Why is the operator selling a tour highlighting the rum tasting and trip to a distillery. We did this tour on a Thursday, distillery is closed Saturday thru Monday, when is it included? I have messaged the tour operator separately regarding all of the above, I'm still waiting on a response.
If you like long bus rides, it's a good choice. I would have preferred to lie on the beach but overall it was very nice, the view was unforgettable and the aloe vera plantation. The food is debatable. I would have preferred to stay somewhere else for longer and find something to eat myself.
Well organized trip. Despite being defective on the bus, a replacement bus was there within 15 minutes. Lots of information during the trips. Lunch also went, although mass handling but still edible and for 13 € incl. drink and endless water, very acceptable. Guide was unfortunately unlucky that he always had to explain everything in 4 languages, but still worked. Therefore, you can easily recommend the trip to anyone who wants to experience the island in quick transit.
