Had such an amazing birthday dinner on the beach with my man celebrating our birthdays together. Simms Fun Tour was our guide and he was amazing — on time, made sure everything was perfect, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The setup, atmosphere, and overall vibe were beautiful and romantic. Definitely a birthday celebration and memory we’ll never forget!

I had the worst experience! The restaurant was not equipped to handle the amount of people we had in the party. They ran out of food and claimed other food was seasonal. Our bills were so messed up, if the waitress was transparent about separate checks it would have been easier on her. The only thing that was nice was our table setting and balloon backdrop. The vendor was not trying to assist us at all, instead he tried to blame us for their poor service. I literally was in tears and they ruined my birthday dinner collectively!
As the event organizer, we ensured that your table décor, balloon backdrop, reservations, and overall setup were completed as requested. Throughout the evening, everything appeared to be going well until the time came to settle the bill. At that point, several members of the group requested separate checks and disputed certain food items after they had already been ordered and served. The restaurant management had to revise and recalculate the bills multiple times to accommodate the group’s requests, which unfortunately resulted in delays and confusion. We understand that this situation was frustrating, and we regret that it affected your birthday experience. However, it is important to note that the billing challenges arose at the restaurant level and were not related to the services we arranged for your celebration. We appreciate your recognition of the décor and setup, and we remain committed to providing the best possible experience for all our guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had during this excursion and would like to formally request a full refund. The setup was completely unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised. Due to the weather, instead of canceling or properly accommodating us, we were placed in a walkway directly in front of a double door. There was absolutely nothing romantic or special about the setup. I booked this experience specifically as a birthday dinner on the beach for my partner, and paying $280 USD to sit in an area that appeared to be regular restaurant seating was unacceptable. When we arrived and saw the setup, I immediately expressed my disappointment to the organizer over the phone. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became very rude and hung up on me. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable or safe. We were in another country, in someone else’s vehicle, after 8 PM, and had no idea where we were or how to get back to our resort if something went wrong. The organizer later claimed he called to notify me about changing the location because of the weather, but moving us from a beach dinner to a walkway in front of doors is not a comparable substitute. Even the driver appeared to realize how disappointing the situation was and attempted to make it better by encouraging us to order drinks and offering to take photos of us. We ultimately decided to leave immediately after sitting down because my partner did not want to stay in that location for his birthday dinner. We could have eaten at the resort restaurant for free instead of paying for an excursion that did not deliver what was promised. What happened afterward made the situation even worse. On the drive back to the resort, the driver stopped at a second location where we did not feel safe. Multiple people approached the vehicle, and we were repeatedly asked if we wanted to purchase drugs. The organizer even had to call the driver and ask why we had stopped there. The individuals continued harassing my partner, telling us we were supposed to “support the locals” and pressuring us for money. At that point, we genuinely felt unsafe and in danger. This entire experience was unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable from start to finish. I would not recommend this excursion to anyone, and I believe a full refund is absolutely warranted given the circumstances.

At no point did our company, staff, or driver engage in or support any illegal activity. We strongly reject the accusation that our driver was involved in drugs or unsafe conduct. With you or your partner.. Our team has proudly operated tours and transportation services in Jamaica for many years, and the safety and comfort of our guests remain our top priority. The stop mentioned was also something that you have made up our driver did not stop a second with you he drove straight back to the resort and the claims being made do not reflect the experience reported by our staff or driver involved that day. We understand that not every experience will meet every guest’s expectations, but false accusations against our team and business are extremely serious. We remain committed to providing professional and reliable service to all travelers visiting Jamaica.
