Please note this Transfer is to HNL Airport, from Waikiki Area, from Cruise Terminal and from Kahala Resort Only. This transfer does not service Aulani Disney Resort and Ko'olina area. Passengers are picked up from their hotel or Resort designated shuttles pick up area* at least 3 hours prior to their flight departure time and dropped off at their airline. * Please confirm with your hotel’s or Resort’s front desk for the pick up location.

Driver did not pick me up. My pick up time was scheduled for 1 pm so I went outside at 12:45. The van drove right pass me at 1:07 and never stopped. When I called they said the driver said I was a no show. Told them that was not true because I've been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point. However, the young lady fixed it by sending me a taxi.
Transportation driver was friendly and accommodating. The ride was smooth and the van was comfortable. Plenty of room for luggage and carry on bags.
It was easy to book, but little conversation when calling to see where to meet. The driver was nice. The lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me when asking where to meet the driver.
After I had inquired about the time and place of pickup from the provider, a driver picked me up on time and drove me directly to the airport.
Avoid at all cost! I used this company since I have credits from past bookings. I have texted the company through Viator to he picked up at a specific time 2 weeks ahead of time and confirmed the day before through Viator. They do not respond. I even called the day before to confirm. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Contacted the Shuttle company and she was absolutely rude and condescending. She said since it was booked through a third party company I am out of luck. That it was a mistake booking through a 3rd party. My request of getting picked up at the time requested was denied and she hung up on me. I ended up taking UBER which was only $10 more and less of a headache getting to the Airport. Viator shouldn't even use them as a recommendation for a Shuttle. Zero customer service. There are other options.
Our shuttle was scheduled for a 10:30 pickup, I called the day before to confirm that we would be ready at 10:30 a.m. at our hotel (Hilton Village) as we had an 11:30 check in time on our cruise ship. We waited until 10:45 a.m., with no VIP shuttle in site, we got a taxi in front of our hotel which we discovered the taxi was cheaper by $10.00. As we were in the taxi leaving the Hotel at the main road the VIP shuttle drove by us at 10:47 a.m. and at 10:49 a.m. the VIP driver called my cell phone telling me she was there. I said we waited 15 minutes & took a taxi because we needed to be at the cruise ship terminal before 11:30 & couldn't wait any longer. The driver told me that she would let dispatch know. At that point I went onto trip advisor to request a refund. It was denied by Viator & VIP shuttle service. We were charged $35.00. Taxi from the hotel to cruise ship terminal 2 was $25.00. The driver told dispatch that they arrived at 10:35 a.m. & waited until 10:45 a.m. which was a complete lie. I sent the phone record of the call at 10:49 a.m. from the driver & that we watched the driver drive past us on the main road to Viator through trip advisor it's now pending a decision. If you plan on staying at the hotels in Honolulu, I was told by the hotel staff to utilize the taxis, Uber or Lyft as they are constantly available. VIP shuttle service is not reliable, they blamed the poor communication issue between Viator and me the customer.
Make sure to double check your arrival pick up. They dropped the ball on my pick up. I had to catch a cab to my hotel.
Our transportation was right on time. They provided air conditioning and customer service was superb!
The person that answered the phone was very rude and impatience. We called to confirm and she stated they do not text or email and confirmation and was very rude about it
