This will be the starting point and the location of our office in the marina. The boat will be right in front of the office. So stop by to check your reservation and we will walk you to your boat.

Pickup Locations & Times
The safest way to start your trip is from the marina. We will be happy to welcome you there and make things smooth for your group. Some hotels and maybe homes may have piers but climate conditions and the conditions of the piers are not the best and we don't want to damage the boat or have an accident. So please get yourself to the marina to start your charter.

Amazing experience, picked us up at the resort. Very professional. Amazing food. Guides were wonderful. Snorkel spots were incredible. Saw turtles, starfish, sting rays, so much fun!!
Third tour booked with Deluxe, and it couldn't have been more perfect! This time I went with my parents and more family as a gift for my parents' birthday, and Deluxe truly does everything in their power to provide you with a unique experience. My family was amazed and excited to such an extent that it is undeniable we will return with more family because we want everyone to experience Deluxe, and I must say that I am very grateful to Melissa, with whom I booked, who is a wonderful person that helped me with everything and all my questions. We have used Deluxe the past three times we’ve been through Cozumel and always have a wonderful time! Easy cab ride from the cruise terminal ($20), and they always call for a cab for us when we arrive back. We booked the Fjord that seats 10-12 easily. The crew is fantastic, making excellent drinks, tailoring your trip to your group and finding little spots to hang out that aren’t jammed with other boats. The lunch spread is DELICIOUS. well worth the money, and usually cheaper per person than doing any excursion off through the cruise line. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re here!

You will have a fabulous time in the hands of Captain Donny and first mate Alejandro. They are professional, mindful of your requests, fun, and interesting. Our first stop was near the reef to observe marine wildlife. We saw a turtle, multicolored fish, sharks, and starfish. Alejandro made sure to bring us to the best locations. We then headed to El Cielo. The pictures do not do justice to this pristine beach. The water and beach are breathtaking. We saw 5 stingrays and a barracuda. You can walk for miles with the water level to your hips. While you enjoy El Cielo, Alejandro and Donny prepare a feast for you. The food was delicious. Fresh tuna sashimi, tuna tartare, ceviche...The only suggestion is that if you want more time snorkeling, please let them know. We had 45 minutes, which was fine for us as we wanted to spend more time at El Cielo. They can adjust accordingly.

El Cielo is one of those places that simply has to be experienced in person.... no photo does it justice, and that food spread out there on the water is something we take real pride in. It was an amazing experience! Alex and Don were the best !!! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get out for turquoise waters amazing snorkeling, star fish, Ray manta, turtle And so many fishes !! We started the day snorkeling then made a stop to this incredible turquoise natural pool lunch was served fo us and so delicious !! THANK YOU THANK YOU we will be back for sure !

The boat Fjord36 was phenomenal! The crew was even better. Capt Noel and Alejandro were friendly and wanting to serve all day. Their food was one of the best meals ever. Spend a little extra and skip being cramped with strangers. This was worth it!!

The boat was the best, amazing lunch made. Saw plenty of sea life. A very nice company to rent a boat with. Will use them again when I come back. And would recommend to a family member.

Alejandro & Noel were absolutley fantastic! The food, service and experience were exceptional. There were 5 of us onboard for a day trip on their Fjord boat and we LOVED IT! We could have comfortably had 3 more people with us. Our lunch was excellent and the welcome fruit tray just as good. We snorkled twice during the course of our trip and our favorite was El Cielo. We also loved anchoring in the cove and hanging out there for a bit. We couldn't recommend this outfit more. Thank you for the experience and hospitality!
