Itinerary
Marco Polo was a world explorer, and therefore "owned by", and considered to be the "heritage" of the whole world! While other explorers and researchers have changed the world map - Marco Polo has changed the history. According to a legend, Korčula is his birthplace! The Island of Korčula is, without a doubt, one of Croatia's most beautiful islands. Perhaps more than on any other island, it is here that the legends, stories and historical monuments relate to each other. Famous stonemasons, shipbuilders, sailors, and people of Korčula left traces worldwide, but the best thing is what they have left to their city. Enjoy the narrow streets, beautiful churches and palaces in one of the most beautiful cities on the Mediterranean. After the tour, go for a delicious meal in one of the many restaurants on the island, or head to the beach for a relaxing swim.
Ston sits 50 km northwest of Dubrovnik on an isthmus that connects the Pelješac Peninsula with the mainland. This magical historical place is by large famous for three things; its very well-preserved town walls, its salt works, and its seafood.
On our way back, we'll stop at Pelješac Peninsula where you can taste top-quality local wines that made this destination famous around the world.

This is a bus tour. Unless you deal with a boat situation like the one we had today you will likely be on one for maybe 30 minutes total. Despite thinking that this was going to be a boat tour and wearing a swim suit it was overall an interesting and fun day. So back to the boat. The boat leaving Korcula was way over capacity. It was honestly pretty scary there was water coming in through the side because the waves were rough and we were sinking so low. People were getting soaked in a covered boat. I saw multiple people praying and we truly wondered if we were going to have to swim to shore. This was terrifying would recommend using a different boat to get across the sea. I normally wouldn’t think that this should hurt the rating but the guide enabled this situation to occur.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke in 2 languages! We thoroughly enjoyed Ston, Korcula and wine tasting!

This was a beautiful trip with the most amazing scenery. Our guide provided excellent information throughout the excursion. I am not big on alcohol however the wine tasting came at the right time in the afternoon and broke up the coach journey back to Dubrovnik. I highly recommend this trip.
