The most memorable moment was @ ksamil. Tour guide engaged everyone and communicated fluently. The most horrifying moment was when the driver was navigating on the hill just before ksamil. A lot of Adrenaline there. One staff was attitudinally rude.

I'm leaving this review because the tour is currently in progress. What I really want (and deserve) is a full refund. We booked this tour prior to leaving the US. I specifically asked what time we'd be arriving in Saranda because I wanted to buy ferry tickets to Corfu. I was told 2pm. The day before the tour I contacted the tour through Viator and asked again to be sure; we had purchased ferry tickets and I wanted to make sure we'd have enough time. The person who responded said, "As I mentioned before, you will arrive in Saranda at 2pm." After we got on the bus I asked our tour guide Luisa if we'd be arriving in Saranda at 2pm. She said, no, 4pm. I emailed the ferry company, and Luisa called them. They changed our departure time to 5pm, but we were still unable to complete the tour. We only saw the Blue Eye (a huge disappointment). The original tour listed the blue eye as one of the last stops on the tour. I suspect Viator changed the itinerary after we booked without notifying us. I'm extremely angry because I only wanted to see Ksamil, and we couldn't due to their incompetence. You need to make this right and provide a refund since the website won't allow me to request it.
