Immerse yourself in the breathtaking natural beauty of the Albanian countryside on a tour to Gamti Mountain and Lake Bovilla from Tirana , Durres or Golem. Enjoy round-trip transportation by air-conditioned vehicle. Begin your tour with pickup from your accommodation and set out on a scenic drive to Lake Bovilla. Discover the patterns of life in suburban Tirana as you pass through the city on your way to the countryside. As you approach Lake Bovilla, see the lake's impressive dam. Admire the lake's shimmering teal and turquoise waters, nestled at the base of Gamti Mountain. Head up to the hiking track to begin your ascent of the mountain, soaking up the nature atmosphere.
After about 40 minutes of hiking, reach the balcony of the mountain and observe the expansive, rolling forest and hills stretching out before you. At your feet, gaze in wonder at the stunning views of Lake Bovilla. Breathe in the fresh mountain air on your cheeks in a setting of pure natural beauty. Trail details : Min Altitude : 460 m Max Altitude : 620 m Elevation: 160 m Distance up and down : 1.95 km ( 0,97 km one way) Pause to sip water and chat in the shadows of a mountain cave before descending the mountain along the same route. FREE TIME: During the tour, the guide will give you free time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Bovilla Lake. You can use this time to have your own snacks or drinks, or choose to enjoy lunch at the restaurant there.
After the amazing time we transfer back to Tirana and drop you off at the same place we picked you up.

Amazing views, and friendly guide!
Great Tour with very nice view!
We were met by the tour guide at the scheduled time at the decided location, a truly kind person, as was the driver of the small bus. The experience took place in Durrës and Golem starting from Tirana, excellent organization, we really had a good time, a pity about the short time, 1 hour after 10 minutes of driving in Durrës, but in the end, when we arrived in Golem with those 2 and a half hours, we really had a good time, a really nice place, Pampas, with rock-bottom prices.
A bit of a mediocre experience, the bus is old and the road to get to the destination is full of potholes (I'll let you imagine the back pain). A sign on the bus warns that you can have water for €1 or 100 lek, too bad they didn't even have a single bottle on board. For the rest, prepare yourself for a nice 40-minute hike uphill and 40 minutes downhill with a view that you will surely like, but for me, it's not worth the effort. That said, the guy who acted as our guide was excellent and very nice.
Luis was a brilliant guide, telling us all about Albanian heritage. He took us all the way to the top of the hike. Brilliant guide and a-must-do adventure when staying in Albania

My tour guide Irena Troka was amazing and cared for and looked after all of us She also made sure no one went missing or needed a break Driver was great and to make us more comfortable in 37 degree weather he drove us a bit closer to the top so we’d not get tired from high temperature Overall great day and learnt great facts from tour guide Irena Her English was also great and she is very organized and informed
