Day Tour of Cassino and Caserta from Rome





Description
This is a full day excursion in the mountain country of Cassino & Caserta. Cassino, known for its famous Abbey founded in 529 AD, one of Europe’s oldest, by St. Benedict. Caserta is on our to Naples; we will stop at the Caserta Palace, the so-called “Versailles” of Italy. Your English-speaking tour driver will suggest to you some local restaurants for lunch in the area. In the afternoon, you can explore some of the local highlights. After, we will drive back to Rome in order to arrive at around 6:00pm.
