Description
Join me on this tour and get to know my city, from its rich history to its very busy and touristic present. The crowds are hard to avoid but we will choose the less frequent streets to get away from the busiest ones. We will walk past major attractions of Dubrovnik and you will find out everything you need to know about Dubrovnik’s history: foundation, time of independence, and war in the 90s. Maybe even more interesting, you will find out how the local community lives, our traditions, daily routines, and modern-day struggles. This tour is 100% customisable which means it is possible to add Game of Thrones facts and locations, visit the museums, Jewish quarter or city walls. Please note that tickets are not included. On our tour we will see the most significant buildings and institutions of Dubrovnik. Starting from the western gates, Pile gate. We will stroll through the city along the main street, but we will still visit some interesting places which are hiding in the small streets.

Excellent excursion. Tea was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and passionate about her city. She knew the best places to go. We walked at a reasonable pace. I would highly recommend her as a guide.
My family of 4 did the private walking tour with Tea and it was a great way to learn about the history of Dubrovnik and get oriented. Tea was super knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to talk to. We had a wonderful walking tour of Dubrovnik with Pavo. He gave us lots of interesting information and history, told stories and made it very fun! He seemed to know everyone in town and enjoyed sharing his city with us.
Our guide Pavo was born and raised in Dubrovnik. He walked us all through beautiful Old Town. He provided interesting history to each stop, which my husband loved, as well as all of the important Game of Thrones filming locations. Made we want to start from the first episode again! He gave great recommendations for things to do once our tour was over. Old Town is small, but I would not hesitate to have Pavo as a guide as we would have missed so many important details without him.
Pavo is so entertaining and made the tour even more interesting than just visiting on our own. Highly recommend.
