Cusco: ATV Tour at Maras & Moray - Off Road Trip

They told me the pick-up is at the historic center of Cusco (Plaza Regocijo). I ended up waiting there for an hour at 6 AM and at the end they were waiting at a hotel (that wasn’t mine) and required of me to get a taxi there. In the booking I never mentioned any kind of accommodation and also got different information via mail the day before. I ended up being very annoyed and disappointed and also did not go to the tour since I was not happy with the organisation. I don’t know what went wrong but this should not happen and there also should be some kind of compensation.

Magic place! I never thought mixing adventure and landscapes is so amazing and fun. Between the dust, the wind and the adrenaline, the guides made everything safe and my mom did not fall for the third time lol. Thank you for your patience and for teaching us how to drive the quad bikes (and not to fly out when cornering). An amazing experience, Psd: carry extra water. super recommended!

The agency is not responding and I was only given a lukewarm apology if you have the chance to choose another tourism agency please do so.
